Great shopping experience! Store is clean and well organized and I was able to find the items I went in for with ease I found several things I didn’t know I needed until I saw them, too. Very friendly people inside. Shoutout to Christeena for being so awesome!
Terrible. I came here to get my battery checked. After three attempts I was told that none of their equipment was working and they couldn’t check my battery. As my car had just been jumped I then asked how long do you think I should drive the car to charge it. The auto parts employee said I don’t know and walked away. Total waste of time. Don’t bother coming here. Bad service bad attitude.
Had a slight night emergency where the head lights went out went to get some from here Saturday night. Dead store 2 people working. Went up to 1 for help and he said he had no access to help even tho he was behind the counter and so we went to the next person and she completely ignored us. So we went to napa and they were very helpful and we got fixed right up and the lights were over 10 bucks cheaper each at napa so we saved and made it home safe
Free battery charging service is a life saver!
Speed perks is a scam! Never works
I walked in and asked if they had a serpentine belt for my car, gave them the exact info and they still sold me a part that didnt fit. Parts guys have no clue what they are talking about or what they are doing. If you ever have to go to this place, do the research yourself or just go somewhere else.
I had a problem and was helped by Darren and he couldn't have been any more helpful to me he was great and I will definitely be going there again.
Excellent customer service from Ronnie at the Saratoga store. Very helpful and professional, certainly will be back for all my automotive needs in the future.
This store always has what I'm looking for.
Today was our first day on vacation in this area. We had some car troubles and came to Advanced Auto. The customer service was exceptional. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Brant and his co-worker. They saved our vacation! There are still good people in this world!
