I had a wonderful experience today at this Advanced Dentistry. Megan, who did all my x-rays, took my pictures, and kept me informed of everything that was going on was absolutely amazing and made my entire experience exactly what this business advertises and strives to be. my dentist was very gentle and kind and clear about everything that she was doing and made me feel so much better about the condition of my teeth. The treatment coordinator was also very upfront and clear about pricing and payment and my best options. I have put the dentist off for a long time and now I’m not sure why. I recommend anyone who knows they need to go, but are worried, to go here.
Love Advance Dentistry, I would not go any place else. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. After a really bad and painful experience at a dentist when I was younger. I avoided going for like 10 years, I then bounced around to a few different dentists. My mom convinced me to go to Advance, best decision I ever made. They helped me to get my teeth and gums back in good shape. Thanks so much to everyone at Advance Dentistry. Michelle
The place was very clean and the staff were very professional. Dr. White was very quick and thorough with her examination. They did a great job taking all the pictures they need and explaining everything to me. Maggie did a wonderful job with helping to get me the best pricing and schedule my next visit. It was nice to meet the friendly and welcoming staff like Alex, Kelly, and Victoria! Overall a great experience!
Kayla is an excellent hygienist and takes excellent care of my teeth. Always concerned with how I am doing and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentists that come in to check the teeth are always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have the best interest of my teeth in mind. Definitely the place to go for dental care.
I'm as big a sissy as there is when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Donaldson is by far the best dentist I've ever had work on my teeth. Her and her sssistants are very professional and give you a feeling of comfort and support which I need very much when I'm in a dentist chair.The only place I'll even think of going is Advance Dentistry. You do a great job! Keep up the good work!
Lindsay was both on time & thoroughly cleaned my teeth with skill & knowledge of future care! I feel I can always trust the staff to do their best job. I was impressed with additional steps of a fluoride treatment for added protection! Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience.
Nice staff and probably great doctors and treatment, I was unfortunately unable to receive any. My first appointment went really well, i am just disappointed with the system they have at Advance. I explicitly asked the time I called to make my first appointment, if I’m able to be seen at one location for my initial examination/ X-ray and if I can continue treatment at a different location since I would be moving there. I was told it would be no problem. Come to find y that I have to stay with the location where I had my X-rays taken and cannot change to a location that’s more convenient for me. I just cannot understand why it’s not possible for me to get my treatment done at a different location. It’s really unfair since I made sure and I asked before I booked the appointment, it’s not like I expected they would do this for me just like that. I was careful and I asked, and was told yes. Why should I pay the price for something that’s not my fault? All that said, from what I can tell from the first appointment, reception/assistant/ and doctor were really nice and helpful and always addressed any questions / concerns I had.
Every member of the staff was so very compassionate and concerned with my comfort and anxiety, it did a lot to calm me and reassure me prior to my procedure! Dr. Goebel was very thorough and explained the procedures and the after-care. They were all so caring and made the whole experience much more bearable. I totally recommend Advance Dentistry for your dental needs! Especially if you are fearful and have anxiety!
The hygienist was very efficient and thorough. I did not have to wait over 5 minutes to be called back for the cleaning. The dentist was very nice and the receptionist is cheerful and friendly. I have been going to this office for years. I would recommend this dental office.
Probably the best customer service I received in a long time. The staff, the service, everything was perfect. Too bad my insurance isn’t in their network. I will be going back for regular cleaning. I forgot the doctor’s assistant name who did all my X-rays, she was amazing and super super friendly. I fell in love with the place. I definitely recommend, 10/10!!!!
