Going to this office is so clean and modern. They also have great music playing. I love their reminder appointments notifications via email and text. It’s really helpful especially with the text. The staff there are very professional and very accommodating. My cleaning was done and I had some questions regarding my teeth and gums and the hygienist was very knowledgeable and recommended several options. I decided to get laser for my gums and she explained everything very thoroughly and mentioned how little pain you’ll feel. She was definitely right and was very effective! I am glad I did it. She scheduled me 4 months out since I had laser done this appointment and recommended the check ups to be every 4-6 months depending on each person. Highly recommend everyone to come to this amazing dental office.
I went around different dental offices for a while until I found Advanced Dental Care and now I only come here. The people here are friendly, organized and make the experience a lot less scary or dreadful. They always seat me within a few min of me arriving for my appointments, which I really appreciate bc not every place does that. They also referred me to an orthodontist that is awesome. Would highly recommend coming here!
First greeted by a very knowledgeable and help front office staff. Meet the dentist, very nice, took his time to make sure I was informed and understood my treatment plan. Very glad I found this office!
Although Advanced Dental Care was not able to help with my issues, they did follow through with a referral to an oral surgeon. I found everyone to be helpful and concerned and the front office staff was great in providing me driving directions and other information.
Kim Nguyen and Dr. Jorgenson were excellent - Janet and Shantal were also very welcoming. My teeth needed extra love and they were very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. No hidden costs. Everything was well explained - not only did I feel empowered and autonomous in my dental care, I felt safe! I feel like the education I received about my oral hygiene here is unmatched and the services and office were great. 10/10 would recommend this to any person in need of dental care or in need of oral maintenance care. Thank you advanced dental care!
I love going to Advanced Dental Care. They know your name when you walk in actually care about you and your concerns and do their best to work with you without overcharging you.
All the staff was very warm and upbeat. I had a dental emergency, they got me in right away. My dentist was thorough and open to hear my concerns.The office had a very positive enery.
First time patient, the staff is very helpful and quick to verify information and I had a procedure done the same day! Would recommend to family/friends.
I always have a wonderful experience at Advanced Dental Care. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Waiting room is always clean and I never have to wait too long to be sent back. They have really flexible hours so you can get in whenever is convenient for you. Normally, I am petrified of sitting in a dentist’s chair, but the staff is extremely gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist in the OC area!
Second time visiting Advanced Dental Care and my visit was just as great as the first time. Kim Nguyen was very kind and helpful during the tooth cleaning, definitely recommend.
