I genuinely don't think you can find anyone better. This entire office has the best and most kind people. I see Dr. Zac and he is professional, compassionate, and patient. He always made sure to see if I had any questions and was incredibly informative every time I did. The care I received here made my high risk pregnancy a breeze and a great experience even when I was hospitalized at 29 weeks. So grateful to the whole staff for such wonderful care.

I absolutely love Dr Spalding but unfortunately, my experience with his support staff has not been good. I manage a large company and our customer service is our bread and butter. We strive to make our customers feel heard. I feel completely unheard and quite disrespected by his administrative staff. I actually had them argue with me about how I felt when I was simply trying to express that I felt very poorly treated and would appreciate speaking with the Dr. They refused to allow me to speak with him. I feel very saddened by this experience as I trust him implicitly though I feel that may no longer matter if I’m forced to deal with such unprofessionalism. I wish anyone luck that has to deal with them but if you’re up to deal with that just to see him, he’s amazing!

DR Zach Spaulding and there staff are the sweetest, kindest, most understanding office. I have anxiety really bad, but they make me feel comfortable, heard, and understood during my pregnancy so far. DR Spaulding takes his time and answers my questions and understands my concern’s. I recommend him to anyone who is in my position with anxiety or worried about your pregnancy. I feel blessed beyond measure to have such a great Dr and team on my side to walk me through this journey ! 10 out of 10!!!!

I recently had twins and my pregnancy was high risk. Dr. Zach Spalding was there for me every step of the way, with his support, thoroughness and knowledge. He delivered my twins via c-section and I felt so safe under his care. I also saw his father Patrick Spalding and he was also compassionate and knowledgeable. It was great having both of them when I had my girls and through this experience. Also, great office staff!

Dr Zac Spalding with Advanced OBGYN in Pismo Beach has provided amazing care throughout my entire pregnancy, delivery and postpartum experience. He is a well-educated doctor who remedied any issues or concerns during my pregnancy quickly and effectively. I am very anxious when it comes to medical care and procedures but he eased my mind by providing kind and concise answers to all of my questions, in addition to remaining calm yet proactive to any potential issues. I never felt limited in terms of my options or communication. The drive from Vandenberg was worth it. The entire office is professional and kind. I’m grateful to have to received care from them. Dr Spaulding is a caring and gave me excellent care. He and his staff very welcoming. I had a recent surgery with little pain and had very small incisions. He explained everything prior to my surgery and also answered any and all my questions to ease my worries I may have had. Very good experience.

Dr spalding is the best. He is honest experienced and direct when he explains things. I left feeling like taken care of and understanding my health condition.

Dr. Spaulding was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. The whole experience, from the very first appointment call, was very pleasant and seamless. Would highly recommend Advanced OBGYN!
