On July 12th 2023.. Dr. Brett Robin & his Team performed a complete Shoulder Replacement Surgery. I want to highly recommend Dr. Robin, Medical Asst. Nikki & the rest of The Team. I have respect & high regards for Dr. Robin. The exceptional way I am followed-up on by his staff especially Nikki .. has made this Surgery definitely more bearable! Progress is going fantastic! The Round Rock pain clinic is unbelievable. They understand chronic pain and do everything possible to help. I have worked closely with Cerise Montana and she is amazing. Her knowledge and positive attitude keeps me going. She's always available for questions or help with whatever I need.
Ever since I’ve been coming here! Everyone is so nice and courteous. Really concerned about my issues! Anthony is great the Abbot personal is awesome. The pharmacy is so attentive! Love everyone here! Dr. Malone was very informative and knowledgeable in my pain! I cannot say enough how Grateful I am!
This review is for turn around appt time. I’ll be transparent and say I used to work with Sherrita Carter in our past lives. BUT! After just a text, she got my husband scheduled for a consult within 36 hours. Sherrita did this all on her own time and proves that she truly loves what she does and cares for those that need pain control. Thank you!!! My husband also said his physician was really cool and liked him.
The staff and my doctors are awesome!! Big shout to Dr. Adams, he is simply the best. He has helped me tremendously with my back pain issues. Next shout out is to Dr. Glen Harper! My cervical surgery went off without any issues and the scar is very minimal.
I struggled w/ chronic pain for decades. Connecting w/ Dr. Paul Le was a huge improvement in my experience with pain management. He wasn’t just a healthcare provider, he became my advocate and a valued partner who listened and discussed treatment options with me and my husband. At his suggestion, I made the decision to proceed with a surgical intervention which has been life changing. For the first time in decades, I am free of pain and pain medications. I am so very grateful to Dr. Le for his guidance and help throughout this experience. Chronic pain can be debilitating, but with a knowledgeable, experienced advocate to help guide you through this journey, there is hope and help. Thank you Dr. Le.
I emailed them in early July to check on the status of the insurance claim- no response. I called them on July 14th. I was told that the staff that handles these matters were out of office and would call me back. No call back. I called again this morning, July 24th to ask again, as my appointment was coming up and I didn’t want to get stuck with insane charges for something insurance would cover and was told they NEVER SUBMITTED THE AUTHORIZATION. They were going to have me come in and pay out of pocket. What a disorganized embarrassing clinic. I canceled my appointment of course and will not return. The worst part is, I am in pain and could have gone somewhere else had they been honest or even responsive early on. Horrible business and the bad reviews make sense.
Today I was a first time patient at this location. It seemed that every obstacle was set up in Round Rock to prevent me from getting to this office, but I was impressed with the staff and experience once I survived traffic. The lobby was very busy, and Breanna the receptionist for check ins was very nice and patient. My nurse, Ginger, was very funny and attentive. The doctor I saw, Dr. Le, was a good dude and actually stayed to answer multiple questions in detail even though he was probably very busy. I felt this experience deserved a shout out.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Stephanie Knight!! She has an AMAZING bed side manner, listens to any and all concerns I've had over the course of my treatment , answers ALL of the questions I may have about my condition. It feels like I am visiting a friend that cares about me every time I meet with her. I couldn't say enough great things about Stephanie- if I could give her a 10/10 I would. Her Medical Assistant is also amazing ! I look forward to recommending anyone who may need her services.
