If you want a repair fast go someplace else. They like to tell you for instance, a flat tire will be fixed maybe tomorrow. Then maybe the next day then the next day. I had a snow blower fixed there and was told maybe in 2 weeks. I final got it 6 weeks later and was told what was the rush it's not snowing. I learned my lesson go someplace different next time.
Brought in three pieces of equipment for tune up and dissatisfied with service as a whole. Lawn mower and leaf blower that were supposed to be tuned up, ended up being worse than before they were brought in. The chain saw I sent in for repair was never returned.
Great shop. Fixed my lawn mower, it works great now. The personal service was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be going back for my lawn equipment.
Nice people, I only got my snow blower serviced so I'll be unable to give a complete review till the next snow. One of their guys promised yup voluntarily promised to call with a status by last Friday. Didn't happen. I didn't expect to have the maintenance done by then. I know they are busy and I needed to wait my turn that's the way it is however, this guy was really big on telling me he would call me. So I figured he would but, he didn't.
I’ve purchase new equipment and have had service done from them throughout the years. Frank is by far the best mechanic around! He will fix anything with a motor. I recently bought a new back pack blower from them. After a month of use It had a little leak in the gas line, the owner Brian took time after work to personally drive us out a new gas line and made the repair! That’s the kind of service I need! I’m very happy with my experience at advanced power. I will be back soon to buy more equipment for the spring, they stand by what they sell. I’m very happy customer!! Choose them and you will be happy too!!
I purchased a mower a few weeks ago and was helped by the owner Brian. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me or pressure me to buy anything at all. I was given a fair price and the mower was prepped with gas and loaded into my car. I have now used it a few times, it starts on the first pull and works great.
I went to Advanced Power Equipment this winter with my wife for a snow thrower, the owner Brian was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining each machine and what he felt was best for me. He was extremely knowledgable and I felt no pressure in my purchase. I purchased a Husqverna machine that came in very handy and is very reliable. I went back this spring for a tune up on my ride on mower. The mechanic was great and my mower went from "on the last leg" to new life. I also purchased a gas powered blower with a lot of help from one of the employees. I saw the owner there for this purchase and he was very friendly and talkative. I will definitely be back whenever I need some lawn equipment. This place is 5 stars! -Nick & Elvira
Ordered a mower 33 days ago. The estimate at the time was 11 days. Still no sign of the mower. And still no callback to inform me of the status. I had to walk into the place to get a response, which was basically, "we don't know when". We are now past aeration season and my grass is a foot tall in spots. This delivery has destroyed my maintenance schedule and may have set me back 6 months. 2 years later, I brought in a chainsaw that wouldn't idle. They fixed that problem. After about 30 minutes of use, it melted the brake handle and locked up. It seems like garbage now. With the new name, I thought I would have a different experience. . And yes, I am using the right fuel and chain oil.
2-3 week estimated time for simple weedwacker and power washer maintenance. Now going on 6 weeks. No communication and have called them multiple times. Absolutely horrible. I’m going to tell them to just keep the equipment and go buy new ones. Customer gone for life. Stay away.
