I have been using their torque applicators ATP1200 and ATP8000 for heavy aircraft maintenance for several years now. The applicators are super easy to operate and very safe if the process is followed. The Army got it right purchasing their products. Communicating with the Team at Advanced Torque Products for operational support or just to ask a question has been outstanding. Quick to respond via email and they are not afraid to pick up the phone for telecommunication. They even sent out Christmas cards this year! How cool is that? Thank you ATP.

As someone who has experienced the good, the bad and the ugly working in various roles, industries and organizations from large to small, I would have to compliment management and the team at Advanced Torque Products ATP.  When I joined ATP, my background provided zero industry knowledge, requiring I learn complex topics to communicate with customers. Every member of the team from management and engineering spent the time to make sure I was knowledgeable and continue their efforts to make sure I am an expert within the industry.  I am given the flexibility to morph and grow my position as I take on projects outside my role and demonstrate other strengths I can bring to the table.  Management treats me with respect and has proven to care about and value the importance of my personal and family life. Trust me, that’s huge after some past experiences!

I was hiried because the company was in desperate need of a production assistant. “Assistant” should be the emphasis of this review - the word itself is far from the truth. Within a month of employment I was handling a generous 60-70% of daily operations with little to no guidance - as there was no need for it. This job is good for those with the proper mechanical aptitude. There are a few pros to working here - but heavy cons. This company claims that communication throughout the company is clear and welcoming however it is the opposite. The employer lacks proper training in operating a business and consistently requires the production assistant to perform tasks that are not in any form related to the business - i.e planting flowers, relocating trees, rewiring electrical without proper licensing or permit, repairing structural components of the building. I do not think the company has the proper people in leadership roles. With no career advancement opportunities, and unfair wages, I would not recommend this employer.

I've worked with the team at Advanced Torque for over 4 years now - they are a great group of people to work with.  Very organized, very aware of what makes a good work environment, always looking for ways to increase teamwork and reward good performance.

I have worked part time at ATP for three years so far and my experience has been wonderful. The environment is friendly, and I always feel that my time here is worth it.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing the Advanced Torque multiplier in action at the Bell Training Academy on the Bell 429, ‘truly an amazing special tool. I recommended it to the Bell approved Customer Service Facility in Mexico City a few years ago. I will also be sharing with my team and will be pleased to recommend the Advanced Torque Multiplier when receiving a request for a recommendation.

Really relaxed, family style atmosphere. Management really takes the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions. Positive & supportive environment where people feel valued and appreciated.
