Charlie is now my new best friend. He is easy to work with, but even more important, he took special care of me because of my age and other circumstances. As a bonus, the facility is so close to where I'm staying that I can walk there to slowly empty the boxes and boxes and boxes and boxes. Charlie, David, Amanda -- all are the facility's greatest assets. It would be impossible for me to be more satisfied. Earlier, David was lovely to me on the phone, and when I stopped by to see the units, he took me on the grand tour. I'm not young, and he explained things very patiently, and even prevented me from a fall it's entirely safe; I tripped on absolutely nothing. I'm incredibly pleased to store my household goods at Advantage.
Charlie was awesome! Such a big help. Knew what he talking about and very thorough. He even saved me some money! Really pleased with the results and the experience. Thank you Charlie for making my move so seem less I appreciate you!
Rented a storage unit here for a few month transition before we could relocate to a larger home. Older storage center, but clean and better climate controlled than more modern ones I've used in the past. Charlie the manager is a great guy and easy to work with. We did have a billing issue on move-out, but was corrected quickly without issue. Will use again in the future as needed.
We've rented a storage unit here for the last several summers for my daughter and her roommate's college stuff we live in Western PA & roomie is from Seattle. I feel the staff, especially Charlie, that we have worked with the last several years to be especially helpful, including when the college closed down quickly Spring 2020. We have never had any damage from critters or heat. We have never had an issue at the loading dock with the door. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Absolutely the worst managed storage unit I've ever been to. You walk in and you see the young guy with his feet up on the desk doing nothing twiddling his thumbs or you try to get the old guy to help you and he seems incapable of using the computer at all. Rats in the ceilings and only 2 floors are temp controlled. They were also supposed to put a keypad access system in to give customers early and late access which they promised to have available over 2 months ago, still isn't available to the customers. I encourage people to shop around and find a different storage unit other than this one.
Claims temperature controlled and it is about 100 degrees in there; the loading dock door doesn't open half the time; only have access until 7:30 pm so you're screwed if you need something after that.
Went in asked questions on prices and sizes very helpful you can bring your own lock its clean and it is closed by 6pm
