I absolutely love this credit union. I've been an Advantis member for a few years now, and every time I've needed something the staff always bends over backwards to help out. My recent dealings with Monique were absolutely excellent. Her customer service, dedication and attentiveness while expediting my paperwork is so very much appreciated. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
We have moved our accounts over to Advantis. The entire staff has been absolutely wonderful!! So much so, I had my adult son also join and my elderly dad. Lauren has been excellent helping us out and getting us started!! What a great experience! Diane has also helped with accounts, getting my dad set up. I needed to retitle our accounts to be in trusts. This took much time and effort. She was very patient with us! Emily has been very helpful showing me how to use the online teller. Appreciate the entire team! I feel in good hands here!!!
We have two car loans through Advantis and have had several others. They have top notch service and every team member we have spoken to has been wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Let me just say. Olivia that works on the atm screens at the central location is truly amazing!! When ever I have the pleasure of working with her through the 'in-person' atm, she ALWAYS makes me laugh and TOTALLY brightens my day! She Absolutely LOVES her job and it really shows. It's so refreshing to meet someone who is excited about their job and talks super highly about the company. She truly is one of the best employees advantage has!! Just the other day she went out of her way to push through a check my father gave me for my wedding! I desperately needed it that day, so her and her manager had my back.. Which I can't say the same for any other bank I've ever been with!! I know it was a one time thing, but because of my relationship with the bank and screen time with Olivia*, they were able to help me out. Seriously if your looking for an amazing customer expirence and a fun atmosphere.. Go to advantis!!! You won't regret it!! Thank you soooo much Olivia and her manager K.Rogers! So friendly and efficient. I forgot my PIN, so I walked in to change it. Took less than 5 minutes.
Highly recommend Advantis! Went in to this branch to make a wire transfer, deposit some cash, and ask about bond redemption. Everyone was very friendly/conversational and willing to help me and although they don't cash bonds, they were very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork and helping me work through it. I've also had many other good experiences with the CU. The call reps during business hours have been awesome and very helpful. My online messages get responded to within 24 hours with answers or resolutions, and the website is intuitive to me and has all the information I need.
I've been with Advantis credit union for 10+ years. I currently also bank with Chase and US Bank. Hands down I put Advantis credit union at the top of the list. I personally work primarily now with the West Linn branch and the staff goes above and beyond. I have been helped by Sky, Emily, Diane, Jason, Devin, David. I have 7 checking accounts but my favorite is the fusion checking. I don't think any other bank or credit union offers 1.75% interest but with Advantis fusion they do. I read a few reviews about their online banking and mobile app not working properly and that WAS true, but I have not had any issues with either for months. Matter of fact there was a recent update the app and I LOVE it. The customer experience I received from the big banks I utilize pales in comparison to the service I've experienced with Advantis.
I've had the great pleasure of working with Devin Weiner over the past 2 years. Whether I was buying a new vehicle, or refinancing an older one, he has been top notch every step of the way. My latest purchase took place in Texas, Devin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. 10/10 I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.
