Businesses can be different. Some of them have high entry barrier, some of them not. But keeping the books in check is essential for anyone striving to sucsess! The process can be challenging, and when you don't know how it should go, it feels overwhelming. But the accountant from Advantum was patient with me, and walked me through every single minute detail of the process. Thank you for being the pros you are!
Nana did our personal tax return my and my wife's for the year 2019. It was easy to set up an appointment with her and go over all our paperwork. She completed out tax return on time and we were happy with her service. Later in the year we had few basic questions about how to handle taxes when opening an LLC company as well as checking our W4 for correct deductions. Nana said that she would help us since these are straightforward questions and that she would also do our business taxes when the year-end comes. So, we sent her the questions along with the paperwork... and she didn't respond. Later we set up another call with her and she assured us that she would get back to us within two days. Weeks later there was no response. I sent multiple reminders, e-mails, voicemails on the phone after that and months later she still never got back to us. Essentially, she went completely dark without giving any explanation, leaving us hanging with the accounting help we needed. We were surprised with such treatment out of nowhere. This is so unprofessional... Making commitments and then not sticking with them, or at the very least communicating and being transparent about not willing to work with us for whatever reason. So, all in all: if you just need your personal income tax completed, perhaps Nana can be of service. I would stay away if you have any other accounting needs.
Don't believe the spam reviews! They're clearly fake, this business is a scam! Nana who seems to be the only person behind this business made a crucial mistake on my 2019 taxes and refuses to reply to my emails. Totally unprofessional and rude. She said she'll send me the notes "tonight" on March 18. A month of pestering later, and nothing! Mistakes happen, I get it, but this lack of communication feels awful.
