Services include asthma education, cardiology, dermatology, diabetes education, endocrinology, dentistry, family practice, gastroenterology, general surgery, HIV education, internal medicine, nephrology, neurology, nutrition education, obstetrics/gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, orthopedic spine, otolaryngology (ENT), pain management, pediatrics, plastic surgery, podiatry, psychiatry, psychology, urology, vascular surgery and CPHW-SPSP. A Teen Clinic for reproductive health is also open from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Primary Care Services and Hanford Family Practice Residency locations.

Adventist Health offers a free shuttle for Community Care patients who live in Hanford, Home Garden, Armona or Lemoore and need a ride to appointments in Hanford, Home Garden or Lemoore. Patients should ask to schedule the shuttle when they schedule their clinic appointment.
