Beyond my expectations! We had our gender reveal party here and I cannot say enough nice things about the venue and the staff! Everyone had a great time, and the staff were super accommodating with our never-ending requests and changes. Definitely the best place in town for a party for young and old!!
Our family had amazing time at the Adventure Action Park, we was greeted with a friendly welcome. This band new indoor theme park was amazing; my two son's had tons of fun driving the Go-Karts. My two sons enjoyed the largest Ninja Warrior obstacle course and the huge trampoline court with parkour. The indoor racing ziplines was super fun. We also loved the wipeout, rock climbing and arcade games. Adventure Action Park went above and beyond what I expected.
Pretty legit place..lots of room..way less busy than other bounce areas...lots of seating too...they make u buy their grippy socks for 3.00 and then 1hr play is 16.00 But all and all very happy with the place...they have video games and electric go carts also the carts seems pretty slow from what I seen and the tires are blown up so u basically drift and lose control around turns...which can be fun
The facility was clean and we had lots of fun. We went tonight from 8-9pm the staff on the other hand was VERY rude, when cleaning the mats they would use words like move, watch out, not excuse me. Only one female was nice. The rest of the staff was mean and rude to the adults & the children. This would be an awesome place for family, if the staff was friendly and helpful.. PLEASE train your staff on manners
The indoor go karts are so awesome and fast! We did the 1 hour jump plus 1 race for my daughter and I, it was a little over 55 bucks. 3 go kart races is 25/per person. The trampoline park is very cool and the staff are very helpful. Great place to let your kids burn off extra energy and they have a arcade and concessions inside.
This was the first time I had been there. I took my 11-year-old daughter and we had a wonderful time. The staff behind the counter and the race teach were so friendly and helpful. My daughter even commented about how nice they were. Racing around the track was so fun! The only thing that we were disappointed about was the wipe out obstacle being closed. She has two other siblings and we don’t get much time, just the two of us, and it was one of the main things she was looking forward to. I would recommend it.
Very poor experience. It is highly overpriced for what it is. My three children love trampoline parks like Jump Jam, but they were BORED here! They wanted to leave 30 minutes in. The staff was trying to get them to have fun, but they were too intrusive and touching all over my children probably made them uncomfortable, the other children there were! My kids said they never want to go back to this one because there isn’t much to do. The staff also was not very accommodating and they also were not watching the children well. One child not mine fell and hurt his foot and the mother had to bring him to a staff member who told him to sit down and went back to her post. The child was obviously hurt, so my husband who is a doctor felt around and saw that he sprained his ankle, and the staff member did not even check back in. Ridiculous. If it was my child hurt I would have been very angry. The staff seem to have no structure. If they join in games, they aren’t really watching and they should be doing their job in watching the children instead of playing and talking to each other. We won’t be back.
I took my 6 and 10 year old here today and they both had a blast. Very cool place with tons of different stuff to do. The employees here are some of the most friendly people ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have a employee at every station and all of them are great with kids. Myles at the ninja course was awesome and very patient with my daughter even though she wanted to do the same thing 10k times. Although I didn't get the name of the guy at the foam pit he was very nice and awesome as well. A great experience with no complaints. Will be back!
Awesome Staff and lots of fun to be had for all ages. They have THE BEST trampolines in the area and the go karts are a blast to drive! The cafe has really good food. And overall prices are GREAT on everything from the karts, to the food, to trampoline prices to birthday packages. GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS AND KIDS AT HEART TO HAVE A FUN PACKED EXPERIENCE IN KNOXVILLE!
Great experience overall, first time visit just for carts and they exceeded my expectations. Novice drivers or kiddos should definitely go for the kids speed setting unless they’re used to driving a slicker track. Nice clean equipment and seemingly a good eye for safety equipment. We’ll definitely be back!!
