Having been a group fitness instructor for many years I recognize the debilitating effect financial stress can have on physical and mental health. As well as the lack of knowledge and practice the general public has on maintaining proper diet, exercise and weight. Our society makes it difficult to be healthy naturally, the choices are limited, etc..
