I made a $35 fuel purchase and they held $150 for pre-auth on my bankcard which can take several days to be released as available funds. I would not buy fuel at this place again. The cashier was polite and said the manager is available 6am to 1pm for concerns.
The staff is always polite and friendly. I stop here daily on my way home as it is on the way to grab a quick snack and a few drinks. I have never had a bad experience here. The fuel prices are comparable to the rest of the area and my truck seems to get better fuel mileage when I fill up here, I don't know why it just does. Their car wash works great to clean the vehicle when you are trying to get all the road grime off really quickly.
We were in the area my husband stopped thought lets get the car wash so we did he went. In and did what we had to do we went and got in line the lady that was there not sure of her name but she's kinda short redish brown long hair well ill just say this she was very rude stand there talking to some guy and we sat there for about 20 after the car before us left finally she tells him hurry and pull up my shift is over i thought wow never again well go to post falls car wash there the best
Very nice place. Lots of items in the store here. Some hot food and cold drinks. Competitive fuel prices. Nice staff. It's neat and clean. Car wash system is nice and up to date. If you fill up, there is a car wash discount. There is a RV dump in the front of the parking lot. If you come in to use it, enter from Seltice and exit to the side road.
It’s ok, staff are friendly and it’s usually clean. Gas prices are higher than some but I understand that’s not completely under their control. What is under their control is the dates on their merchandise. Pops that expired 2-3 months ago, and not just some like this. Much of the store is expired goods and it’s always like that. If you’re not selling much don’t order as much.
I deliver fuel here CSV, it's always top tier gas, and NO ethanol premium which means the mid grade is only ~5% ethanol. The store is really bright and clean and the employees are super friendly Brian on night shift.
Let me just start off this review by stating that, for myself, it has been two years of consistent mental strain, lack of sleep, and heartache -so I might be a tad sensitive-; But do to recent, tragic, events in my life I was forced to move to a new town where I know absolutely no one. In order to cope with my grief the loss of my twin babies, the dealings with an abusive ex husband and a federal court case, and the diagnosis of a metabolic disease I have created for myself a, strict, daily routine; In which included visits to this specific shoppet on almost a daily basis. I have always found the employees that work at this facility to be very kind.. One older gentleman with glasses and a grand sense of humor could even get me to laugh every now and again. I've been a bit of a shut in for the past few months -excluding my daily errands, doctors visits, and exercise- so this comes to play along with the very little socialization I have... These brief exchanges with these random strangers have gone a long way for me. However, today, was different.. I made my usual pit stop at Conoco/Ady's. I grabbed myself a beverage in which contained a good amount of electrolytes and potassium.. which is important for my kidney disorder, along with two Borden cheddar snack sticks because I'm a mouse and enjoy my cheese. Walking in, I was greeted by familiar, friendly faces.. Checking out, on the other hand, was an entirely different matter. The first thing that came out of the employees mouth, while I was about to make my purchase was, "Did you lose a rib or two?" Thrown off, I questioned such an odd speculation.. In which, the employee clarified that he found me extremely thin. Attempting to cover my humiliation, I teased that my entire family is on the more slender, athletic side of the spectrum which is true. The employee continued his verbal inquiry by asking me if I, "even eat at all." Obviously, I might have a small waist, but this specific employee has a fat mouth. My regrets? That I held back my tears, maintained my smile, finished my purchase, and bid him a good day.. If I have learned anything over these past few years, it's that I should always set my boundaries and say what I mean... I shouldn't be afraid of other people's stranger's opinions pertaining to my own being. It's human to feel ashamed. Embarrassment is a fleeting emotion that we all endure... It was my mistake to bow my head.. However, an employee represents the company that they work for. And due to this *one* employee, I have lost all lost all respect for this business. So here's to you my dear lad behind the counter; No, I didn't lose a rib, but you just lost a customer..
Will not be going back to this store again. Some employees are great but the others are rude and have a superiority complex and are very insulting. I think the owner needs to weed out these employees because of them they lost my business and I have been going there for 8 years. But because of very poor insulting customer service I will be going elsewhere.
I’d give 5 stars but the Men’s toilet has been broke for 3 months.
I only give it to stars because they don't have anything for amenities for place like that to get something to eat other than beverages very poor other than that. It's clean inside never have enough staff again other than liquids they don't have anything there.
