I needed emergency tooth extraction and Aegis took me in right away & I was even excepted as a new patient. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, thorough & professional. Building is set in beautiful surroundings & state of the art equipment. I'm very thankful that I found Aegis!
I love this place. Everybody is so friendly and professional . The facility is clean and you ‘ll feel comfortable when you are having your treatment done. Seems like they have good communication/documentation and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I recommend this place to anybody . My family has been going here for many years. We tried other places and we still come back there. . We love the service and the conduciveness of the environment as a whole.
I Do not recommend them if you have a dental emergency, you will still wait hours to be seen. And if you have to reschedule an actual appointment its always 6+ months out. I had been going to Agis for 10 years and each time I go, I am charged more and more to the point now for a normal cleaning I am paying triple out of pocket. I also feel like they accept everyone as a patient so it really gives no-one a real standard doctor. Taking in the most patients to make the most money is not a good practice in my opinion. Today I found a new dentist, I will not go back.
Took my mom to them to have her teeth cleaned and they told us her insurance was out of network and that the total charge would be $735.00. We paid the $735.00 at the time of cleaning then her follow up a month later was to polish them up and that it was all inclusive of the $735.00 charge. Now we are receiving a bill for an additional amount of $145.00. Feels like we were lied to.
My dental case was kind of an emergency as far as it was tooth number 9 my front tooth I came in as a walking new patient I drove 2 hours to get there and was not disappointed at all the staff was over and beyond professional the dental assistant keshia was absolutely amazing the doctor herself was just so polite down-to-earth compassionate and went over and beyond not only fixing my front tooth , but did several other treatments for me so i ,didn't have to drive 2 hours to come back. Absolutely highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed with all of the high technology so greatful. I prayed for the right doctor and office, God went over and beyond. Dessie Koehler
I walked in as emergency. Had a toothache/ infection and they didn’t hesitate to help. As a walk in I was very surprised that I didn’t wait long to be seen. The staff and dentist were all very friendly and approachable.
Had a little issue with one rude young lady but the other was great and the Dentist was very professional!! Will be having my work done here!! See you guys soon and thank you! Side note....i know what my teeth look like and i wont show them but these professionals didnt make me feel the least bit uncomfortable or ashamed. Good people!
If you’re going for a dental emergency, prepare to wait for hours. However, this didn’t ruin my experience because once I was finally taken back and seen they got everything done right away and the staff was super great
Terrible! They cancelled my appointment without permission. Called to reschedule and totally messed up the appointment. That was fine rescheduled again for the next day and I show up for them to not have me down the day!! They have there scheduling very messed up and so unorganized. Thankfully I got seen after waiting an hour and half. Never going back.
Dr. Moore is a rude and disrespectful man. One time he used me for a training dummy on one of his new dental hygienist to install a temporary crown that she did not make. I told him that the temporary crown was not installed all the way on. Dr. Moore all but scoffed me and refuses to examine the job himself. Needless to say I was back in the chair a week latter on a walk-in visit because the temp crown had broken off. That time Dr. Moore held me until I was the only patient left in the waiting room. After calling me back he, Dr. Moore, then kept me there waiting in the chair for an additional thirty minutes while he disappeared to use the restroom, his words not mine. I was so disrespected on those last two visits that I swear I would rather drive to another state for dental treatment than to return to Aegis Dental in Goshen Indiana.
