i walked in looking for something very specific so i asked the employee Ally sp? sorry! for help. she was super kind and super welcoming but was concerned they didn’t have the jeans i was looking for. she turned to her coworker Kalla and Kalla said they could order the jeans online for me. i said i kind of needed them now because i had a date tonight. as soon as i said that both of the girls were so happy and excited for me and instantly dropped everything to help me. As Kalla was looking in the back, Ally was helping me look for stuff on the floor. eventually we found a pair of jeans that i liked and then were able to match them with a super cute sweater and it turned out to be the perfect first date outfit. they were so so kind to me. Kalla stayed in the dressing room with me the entire time to help me decide what we liked and didn’t about the items i tried on. it was the best experience i have ever had in any store ever. and if Kalla and Ally are reading this: the clothes…. SO cute… will be wearing ALL the time… the date… it was HORRIBLE and there will not be a second one but at least i looked good

Stopped here for a new pair of jeans and was immediately greeted by Zinara, superstar retail associate. Rarely have we ever received such personal attention at a major retailer. Not only was Zinara as enthusiastic about making sure we found the exact jeans we were looking for as anyone I've ever met, she was an expert on AE's different styles and how they fit. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at this AE store again.

Terrible customer service. I went to the counter to try and return some pants and there were two employees there just chatting, i couldnt even tell if they worked there. One said I was invading her personal space. My 4 years old girl approach to me, and she was upset because my little girl touch her on the way to come to me. When i told her this response was rude she explained that that is just the way she talks. AE is supposed to be a store where everybody should be welcome, it felt so unprofessional, i think the world need more kindness, and more patience with mom with kids. What American eagle workers did today make me so unwelcome, and leave a very negative experience for me and my family.

The worst experience I have ever had at an American eagle. As soon as I walked in the employee asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was just browsing and I wanted to look around on my own. I was in the store for less than 10 min and the same employee came up to me 3 times asking me if I needed anything even after I told her I was just browsing and not looking for help. She kept hovering over me and would not just let me look around. After the third time of her asking me in less than 10 min If there was anything specific she could help me with I put everything in my hands back and left the store. I was planning on getting a few pairs of jeans but did not want to be followed around. Overall her energy was super unwelcoming and made me feel rushed.

I honestly received better service here today than I have at some luxury stores. The associates were extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for in my sizes. I honestly appreciate good customer service because we all know the feeling of seeming like we’re bother sales associates even though it’s their job. 5 stars for this location and for the girls who understand the culture of good customer service.

Diancy the manager of the store creates an incredibly toxic work environment for her employees. I was in the store recently and the things she makes teenagers working as part-time retail associates are unreasonable and unacceptable, I felt awful, it is very clear that she is a manager first and a human being second. Despite this, Amanda and Cait were extremely helpful and kind!

Diancy, manager?, was being hostile and extremely rude to her associates, it was very unprofessional and turned me off to shop there any longer. The interaction I witnessed was very unprofessional and plain mean, it's especially concerning since she is the store lead. I would like to shop in an environment that is healthy and welcoming, especially during this pandemic and I can imagine your workers would like to work in one as well.

Reygan, Skylar and Madelyn treated my friend and I so well! They gave us their full attention and helped us whenever we needed it. They were extremely patient with my indecisiveness and never showed any sign of annoyance when I asked for things. They were so charismatic and overall just great people/employees. My friend and I walked away with smiles on our faces because the girls were so great and friendly. Wish only the best for them! Definitely would come back to this store.

Diane C or Diancey because I have terrible hearing and cannot understand people, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped me open a credit card and she convinced me to get more stuff which is good practice in retail so I admired her efforts with me. I don't know if it's the training or what but everyone here was super nice and cheery. I understand this can be forced sometimes but I couldn't tell if it was.

I went into American Eagle at the Solomon Pond Mall on May 9th a little after 7:30. I usually have great service at this American Eagle and I am a frequent shopper. After I got out of the fitting room this blonde woman came up to me and my boyfriend interrogating me on why I wasn’t buying this shirt that I had tried on in store and why I wanted to buy it online and was asking all these questions. Before this her and this other girl wouldn’t stop looking at us and it was getting pretty rude. All I wanted to do was try on this shirt for the right size to order it online with everything else I was buying. When I’m shopping I want to feel comfortable and at ease instead of feeling watched like I was stealing or something.
