Aeronautical is the greatest place on the island we take all our packages there, also our delivery driver is amazing and they're so accommodating. Thank you aeronautical for always being there for our Island

I had packages to go back to Amazon 1.... driver brought label and left then on the shed door 2 I called to request pick up. Again driver left a sticker stating he can’t find them. 3 after several calls with the office back and forth the driver came back and got my packages. I tried to thank him. I tried to tip him. 4 he was annoyed obviously. He refused to accept my gratuity. 5 he was very rude about our dog. I was very carful to see she was in the house. She did bark. She never got anywhere near him. I’m sorry he was upset with me today. I really did try to make it easier for him. I realize these drivers work hard and are trying to beat the clock. I don’t appreciate being treated rudely. Maybe if he had called me as I requested on the phone he would not have had to make so many trips back. The office staff were more than courteous. They have been on-island for a long time. They do an excellent job of delivering packages, and if I remember correctly it's been a long time since I sent a package they also are courteous and efficient. Good people

Friday harbors Fed ex and ups. They love for you to pickup usually your stuff takes six to ten extra days once they get ahold of your stuff. Counter staff is quick and helpful.

It's a hard delivery if the roads are full of ice as the past few days. Aeronautical Services Inc. do an incredible job. Ferry out of service doesn't stop them from delivering. The parcels come across on the foot boat. A vehicle is on the island and our delivery takes place. At times packages are a day late because there in the Aeronautical system and come a day after. Aeronautical Services deliver UPS packages to the islands.

Usually my medication comes in by mail this time they delivered to the door very courtesy ranged door bell thankyou airenotical service

They consistently go above and beyond. We are lucky to have them serve our community.
