Pricing drives me crazy...$54.00 shorts, but 70% off, buy one shirt for $24.00 and get 2 free. Anyway, prices usually end up pretty fair by the time we checkout. Cute, soft trendy clothes. They do like to advertise a little much on their clothes for my taste.
Excellent Service by Terence Assistant Store Manager & Callyn Sales Manager: I called Aeropostale in Chesterfield Town Center in VA anxiously yesterday desperately looking for a grey polo shirt & a white polo shirt I needed for Saturday. I was in a pinch! Terence listened carefully to what I said & for me he has excellent communication & follow up skills. In a nutshell, he told me to call today 6/17/21 he’s off today & told me to check with someone if my Extra Large polo shirts would be in the truck delivery today. Well I found out from Callyn who told me Terence had already put the extra large polo shirts on hold for me behind the counter. Obviously he had communicated my request for the shirts to Callyn & she had carried out his request so she was on top of it when I called. For me, this is going above & beyond! Excellent communication skills thus providing very satisfactory customer service finally benefitting Aeropostale company & loyalty of customers - I’ll definitely shop there again! I’ve never shopped in Aeropostale before not even when living so long in NYC but I had stepped into the shop there! Every management team is different so now you’ve set a standard for others to follow. Hope corporate views this post! Thank you Terence & Callyn!
Young lady had no idea what items they had in the store.
Wow, great sales there today. All three granddaughters found at least two items they liked. They had shirts buy one get two free.
Very nice staff one girl just kept asking can she help me with anything which got annoying a little after the 4th time but other than that very nice store love the sales I shop here for my twins often I will return .Nice selection absolutely love clearance items.
A terrible place to go. Just got shorts from there for my son and it was wrong size and said I could not exchange for right size. Manager was very rude and didn't even try to help.
Good deals on clothes. Store looks nice but clothe don't feel like what their worth.
They have great sales. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
