They didn’t greet me when I came in.
Unprofessional staff the manager she most be place in a mental hospital will never buy anything else that say aeropostal they should no better on who will represent the brand manager told me if i did not have the money why am i in her store and all i need was to do a return on broken items she refused to take them back and she was aggressive in front of my kids i end it up rebuying the merchandise… if aeropostal read this do your self a favor and remove that person you just lost another client and all people i know i will tell them not to go here for any means
The staff here where all so helpful and kind! I explained how I was with my friend's special needs daughter who needed age appropriate clothes and not one but 2 associates jumped in to help! I highly recommend this particular location!

Warning! You can’t exchange anything without the receipt. My daughter got clothes for Xmas and didn’t get a receipt and she couldn’t exchange it for a size bigger. The same exact thing that was on the shelf couldn’t be exchanged for another size. The manager was completely unwilling to work with me. Horrible customer service. I will never buy clothes there again.
My Girls and I love this Aeropostale store!! The Girls were so nice that work there and helped us find our sizes.
Went shopping in here for my daughter on her12th BDay!! She had received a gift from Christmas and really like it. So here we went DAD i wanna go to AEROPOSTALE she loved the store thank you kind maam for todays help you made my daughters experience nice and she says this is her spot to shop THANK AGAIN FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTER SMILE!
Horrible customer service! Was in the store on 4/09/2021 and the lady was cursing at someone on the phone about locking the stores doors up. She came off as a lunatic. Defitinetly not how I want to spend my money.
I always love going there! There are always sales going on too!!
