About 5 to 6 years ago when it was completely different staff I did cement my resume and found a very good job through them but looking at the reviews and submitting my resume online again I have tried to contact them because based on what everyone else is saying I'm not going to waste time and gas going out there because the agency is not that important I'm sure there are more professional ones that are closer to me. But I did try and call and follow up on my resume and got no answer so if I were corporate and based on all of these reviews and whatever that low rate staff is in the office I would definitely shut them down and try again but again I'd corporate does see all of this and they're still allowing it then corporate is no better than the local office
I call the office after applying online for a week. No answers. So I drive up to the place of business. It’s completely empty no one was there working. One lady finally walked in and she says they’re not taking walk ins. We have to make an appointment only. Gave me the same number I call that never picks up. Then handed me all recruiters business cards. I even called the direct line of each recruiter. They all went straight to voicemail. I left a message but I doubt I get a call back. They’re basically out of business because they are clearly avoiding to work with anyone.
I had a friend that worked with this company. While he was working there he said that the communication was off. They would communicate one thing with him and then with the company it would be another. They held his check for two weeks because they didn't do the hours correctly and they did not care. There are better temp services to work with. My friend didn't want to give this company any stars.
860 Airport Freeway does not have a suite 100. Nor does Aerotek have an office in this building. do not use this staffing agency to hire employees for your business. Do not use this business to help you find a a job.
How can you work for a company that don’t answer the phone or call you back. I left voicemails and emails for over a week now. I can’t even contact my recruiter. Then I go to the building and it’s not even where they work so I’m guessing they work from home is that it? Smh! The worst experience
These people infuriatingly waste the time of professionals, and then undercut us on rates. I came in after I was told they had a potential job offer for me, and then was told I need to be matched to possible jobs by the manager? They had no position for me, even after lying during a phone interview saying they had one just to get me to drive in! When I arrived, I was told to fill out a generic form. No, you have my resume, don't waste my time! I discussed my prior job duties at length with your rep over the phone! Also, why is it the corporations that I'm currently interviewing with think I'm worth $10k-16k more a year than Aerotek? Even other recruitment firms and headhunters value you and your time more than this company will! Aerotek, lose my info. I'm no longer interested in working through your schlock agency. Please see the email I've sent to reiterate this fact.
Where to begin. I was contacted by Allison about a job I did not apply for. She asked me in for an interview. I show up and get interviewed by Eric. She called back and setup an interview with the client. I arrive 30 minutes early and wait. The interviewer was not the contact Allison gave me. The first half of the interview was an awkward mix of being apologized to for not having enough time to examine my resume, and listening to complaints about Aerotek sending too many applicants for the available jobs. Then the guy complains about the quality of workers being sent. Out of the three hires, two may not work out. The interview didn’t go well thanks to Aerotek. This place is a joke.
