Wow!!! Love, love, love the Bad Boy!!! Greg and I stopped in to Aeschlimans in Whitmore Lake. Kelly gave us the lowdown on the Bad Boy. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about her products We were sold. When Scott delivered our 48" Elite, we couldn't be happier. Got a new tractor from the team at Aeschliman and I can’t express my thanks enough to everyone who made it such a smooth process. I walked in with a few key features in mind and Scott was able to help me narrow it down very quickly to the machine that was right for me as well as competitive pricing on the implements that were important to my chores. Financing was a breeze and all of the ladies in the office were extremely hard at work to make sure that it was effortless for me. I filled out my app, had it processed, and had a tractor delivered to my house an hour and a half away in the same day. Thanks for all that you did to get this deal done for me I will DEFINITELY be back for more in the future.
Great place to get a great deal on a tractor, zero turn or impliments. We bought a new LS tractor here and price and service were great. This is an owner operated business and they are as honest as can be. I appreciate that.
Very happy with this place. Mark was very professional and was able to meet all my needs when I came to buying my tractor here. All the staff was friendly and very informed. If I need any implements or another tractor I will go here!
I truly wonder how they get such high ratings. I stopped in there and talk to a salesman named Scott along with a young lady that originally did the intake. Nobody seemed to have an answer on how long the warranty was on the Big Boy riding mower. Warranty is very important it comes to those machines and I would think if you sell them you’d at least know that answer. I was told two years on the engine three years on the mower lifetime on the leading edge of the mower deck.I also told him I was interested in the 48 months 0% interest and then I get a contact from Big Boy telling me they have a 60 month zero APR. Never mentiond by the salesman. That I can understand that maybe but the fact is according to Big Boys website it’s a two-year warranty across-the-board. When I called Scott back and asked him to verify whether this machine had a two-year warranty or a three-year warranty he just flat out blew me off and told me that if it says it’s two years that’s what it is I got to go and hung up. I know there are always two sides to the story and I have been in retail dealing with customers for over 40 years, but this exactly how it went. I would never treat a customer the way I was just treated. I deserve your attention and if you don’t know the answers the least you can do is find out and call me back. I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience to you but it’s people like me, who buy product, that keep you in a job. Such a shame
They did a great job repairing a leak on my tractor. Also a sheared off roll pin. Very reasonable.

I can see a few lower reviews from millennial men who obviously need everything right now, and probably have never shopped for a vehicle or big item without their mother. So, I would personally dis-regard those reviews. I’ve bought allot of big-ticket items in my day, new and pre-owned. Anywhere you go to shop for these items, there are other people shopping and other things the employees need to be doing, not just drop everything and wait on you. While shopping for my new tractor I went to several other dealers, the wait time at all was similar. I also did some research through word of mouth and the internet on service after the sale. The entire staff at Aeschliman is there to work with the customer. I was greeted when I went in the facility and waited a short duration of time to talk with a sales representative. He answered everything I wanted to know, provided an extremely competitive price on my trade, and walked me through all the models in their yard. During my sale, working through all my paperwork, the entire team was great! Lastly, I bought my tractor last summer, and I still have had questions for the Aeschliman team, they always take time to either take my call, or call me back to get me the assistance I am requiring. I would buy from them again and would refer them to anyone I know who’s looking for a new tractor. The product itself, mine is the LS MT-342. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with my new LS!!! It is an amazing product and I’ve been using it regularly without an issue. It appears to be extremely well built and the controls are easy to use. I’ve had numerous neighbors stop by to check it out and now they want one too!!! Great product, great sales team. Thank you Aeschliman Equipment for a great experience!!!
Great options when you're looking for a place to buy a tractor that is small or mid size. Options for enclosed cab with climate control available. Easy on and off the interstate location however the entrance off of six Mile road is not marked at all. Is the first drive immediate after the speedway gas station.
Everyone there is extremely pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person. I dealt with Scott just picking up some tractor tires and he took the time to walk the yard picking a few out with me as if I had a giant purchase order for them. Very accommodating and unselfish with their time. Good people.
