I always have a great experience at Dr. Kamel’s office. Dr. Kamel is very gentle and gives a very thorough checkup. The hygienist gave me a very good cleaning. I was very happy with my visit. The staff is wonderful and very friendly.
I have just finished Invisalign treatment and I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. After going to a few consultations at other offices I was extremely apprehensive about starting treatment. Dr. Kamel explained EVERY detail about the process and answered all of my questions along the way. The results are beyond what I imagined and I finally have the confidence to smile again! From the moment you walk in Dr. Kamel and her whole staff creates an environment that is kind, welcoming and professional. Even living close to an hour away I will forever be coming back to the office! PS, the massage chairs are a really great touch too

Was decent at the start for general dentistry, But when I had to rescheduled an app due to a work call I was told I have to pay $50 for changing my appointment because it was only a few hours before the appointment this is insane and today 06/20 /2023 extremely unprofessional I was called one hour before to be extortion for money otherwise they won’t see me and they would charge me another $50 for not going I don’t recommend going to this place for this people money is first before the patient they don’t care about their patients only about the money
Best place to have your complete dental solution. all the staffs are very friendly and Dr. Kamel herself take care of all dental needs. They do the work very professionally and thoroughly with no shortcuts..
My first time at this location and I was very pleased. I called Friday to say I had a severe toothache and needed to be seen. They had a appointment the next morning. Turns out I need a root canal. Dr. Kamel was great. She explained everything, told me what she could do in office and what she couldnt, and referred me to a Dr. that could finish what I needed. Also, every staff member I came in contact with Ashley, Jackie?, and so many more were so friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be using Aesthetic Dental as my families new dentist!
Was decent at the start for general dentistry, but fell apart quickly for more major things. I lived in New Jersey for about 3 years and used Aesthetic Dental during my time there. Around 6 months before moving to Texas, I got a Root Canal from a specialist in the area and Aesthetic Dental made the crown. This is where the problems started. First, my bite was never correct on the crown -- I would complain to the dentist only to be told "no, everything is fine!" or about how one of my teeth was cutting my tongue when I moved my tongue over it, only to be told across no less than 3 visits in 2 months that "nothing is wrong" until they finally listened to me and reluctantly put some filling material over what was cutting my tongue to stop it. Not only that, but the job they did on "adjusting" the crown looked terrible and never actually fixed the problem. After moving to Texas, I got an abscess. As it turns out, the crown they had given me was so bad / wrong that not only did it not seal to the tooth beneath it causing bacteria to get into the gum, but the dentist I went to commented on just how poorly adjusted the crown was. They even showed me where it was messed up on a set of x-rays. I need to get a whole new crown, which I presently don't have the money for -- so now I'm dealing with my gums bleeding occasionally from the crowned tooth from everything -- chewy foods, flossing my teeth, any little thing can cause it to bleed, and a lot. I've been dealing with this for months now. I got the abscess around 4 months after moving to Texas, so around 10 months after getting the crown put in. Avoid this place if possible. They will not listen to your complaints, and will give you an attitude about fixing problems that they created themselves. Do yourself a favor and save the money by going somewhere that actually does decent work.
They probably make more money with cancelled appointments. Please be aware. You can call out policies but what was the plan really, to bill perpetually if someone is not able to respond. In your reply you mention multiple, that’s really the question. I may have a situation because of which I am not able to make a contact, does that mean you will bill for years?? I understand once but perpetually?
I've always had positive experiences at Aesthetic Dental! The office is very clean, they are updated on technology, and the whole team is friendly and courteous. I never have a problem contacting the office to make or change appointments and they always work with me and my schedule. I was nervous that my young kids would be uncooperative at their first visits to the dentist, but Dr. Kamel and her team made them comfortable and spoke to them on their level. Now my kids love going and coming home with their new toothbrushes in their dentist goodie bag!
Very professional and very accommodating to their patients. Myself and my wife and over the years 4 kids also have been with Dr. Kamel since 2004 and have been with the Aesthetic Dental office since they opened their doors more than a decade ago. In addition to the professional and knowledgeable staff, the office today looks newer, cleaner and more equipped with modern equipment than most other dental offices.
