I've used AP since 2006 and can't say enough great things about this lab and its technicians. When I have a case requiring absolute perfection wrt fit and aesthetics I always use AP. They have my full trust on my most difficult cases. That review from Alyssa has me confused. If you were to ask your patient what's more important: The quality of the work? or that you were treated nicely...the patient will always prefer that the work being done is of the highest quality. Her statement maybe the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard regarding  a dental lab. As long as my patients are getting the best possible product, I could care less if the lab punched me in the face, it's all about the patient and not our egos.

Rating : 0  I called today on 8/14/2014 to place a first time order. I was very excited about the product and wanted to get for my current office. When I was placing my order I spoke with Al. From the beginning he was RUDE. About every question I asked. He was short with me when I was trying to explain our address to him. I was shocked. I then called him back a short time later to inquire about the price that I found through another company and was going to see if maybe I could get a price match. He was not only rude, but cancelled my order before I could even say anything. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. I will NEVER order from this company again or recommend it to anyone. Customer service comes before quality of a product and it's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers.

I have used this dental lab for 20+ years, David Block is very knowledgeable and their work is beautiful. Highly recommended!
