My filler treatment lasted 12 months and the doctor really targeted my wrinkles making them disappear for a full year even though it hurts but the doctor’s technique really works. My Botox treatment was awesome as well.
I purchased 3 IPL treaments for $250. When I contacted Aesthetics Genesis to schedule my appointment, I was told that since I had already used a similar Groupon, that I was unable to use the new Groupon. Then Groupon informed me that I cannot get a refund to my credit card...it can only be traded-in. I can't believe that neither Aesthetic Genesis nor Groupon will do the right thing. I will be trading the Groupon, since that is the only option, but after getting the value from the $250 purchase, I will never be a customer of either business again! UPDATE: After much effort on my part, I was able to convince Groupon to refund my money. I still have soured on both Aesthetic Genesis and Groupon...this is not how to treat your customers!
So I have a learning disability and when I called the to ask questions about how the Groupon works Jenna was the lady I spoke to ; to schedule an appointment. She wasn’t very nice. She was rude and had an attitude when I gave her my email address and when I asked questions. I said that if she needed me to spell it for her I would because some people can’t spell it. Which isn’t a big deal. It was her tone and attitude that gave me a change of heart and I ended up cancelling and took my business to a different location. I called and left a message to cancel because I didnt to want to get charged the fee. My advice is don’t be so judgmental. Be nice to people.
I had to call several times to be able to schedule an appointment. Price was higher than other location. I woke up the day following Botox injection with black eye !
Irma is magical. Truly cares about her clients. I see her for massage and lymphatic drainage secondary to chemotherapy. She took care of me throughout my illness as well. She is a gentle soul. I had Jennifer one time for acupuncture and didn't like it at all. I was left to sit in a very cold room and when I asked for a blanket was given a used and noticeably dirty robe. Not only was I uncomfortable the whole time, but she left a needle in my chest that I had to remove myself. I recommend this place because of Irma, but wouldn't necessarily see anyone else.
I haven’t done any procedure there to be fear. I’ve called to inquire about fillers into jawline. The assistant on the phone told me that’s it’s up for doctor to decide how many syringes it will be. When I asked about the prices she recommended to visit the office like it was a secret or something. Then she finally said restylane lyft is $800/syr and restylane defyne $900/syr . Which honestly is crazy especially the fact that they have a Groupon Promo for restylane lyft for $279/syr. Even though they do have a good reviews on Groupon I’m anxious to go there as there’s a big lack of clarity and huge feeling of distrust. I also had a feeling of too opinionated doctor as I dealt with them before nothing good came out. Doctor here to make happen what we want for our money. Yes they definitely can decline if they don’t want to do something but they have to try to do the best the individual as all people are very different and come to salon for their own needs.
They Care. The offices were cute and very clean. Daniela was sweet and very informative. She wanted to make sure I had a natural and even look. I have had lip fillers before but this was the least painful and the 1st time I didn't bruise. I had questions the next day and Daniela called right away and spent 15mins on the phone with me explaining everything and also followed up via email the day after that. I would highly recommend.
found a Groupon for 50 units of Dysport, which I've had before, and thought I would give this place a try. Scheduling was fairly easy, parking seems to be just down the street, and I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment time but wasn't taken back until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I explained that my primary concern was the three lines across my forehead and Daniela indicated that above my eyebrows and my forehead were not the same area so for my Groupon, she would only do one of those two areas. She injected 50 units, I assume, in just the top line on my forehead which is about a centimeter and a half below my hairline. She stayed in that one area and when I asked if that would show a notable difference in all three wrinkles, she said it would. She indicated I should wait a couple weeks for the full results to be visible. It's about a week later and for the past 3 days I have had chronic headaches secondary to muscle pain in my forehead. The three lines on my forehead are only minimally changed but she made the wrinkles in between my eyebrows and directly above my eyebrows significantly worse. Not only does everywhere else on my face hurt right now, but for the past few days, and it's getting worse, I've felt like the muscles in my face cannot relax. I've had dysport before and never had this sort of the reaction. Other places have also injected a way that was shaped similar to a V where they would start on the outer, upper forehead and v down towards the middle of the forehead for the third injection and back up to the right side. She went in one straight line across the top and essentially the top of my forehead is paralyzed now creating a lump across both of my eyebrows that wasn't there before. I look like I'm constantly making an angry face! Because it's getting worse, I called today and spoke to Miriam and told her what was going on and she said they could fit me in three days from now. I told her that it's gotten significantly worse over the past few days and while I don't believe it's an allergic reaction, I look deformed. My right eyebrow is even sitting about a half centimeter below my left one, which wasn't the case and prior treatments at other locations nor was it the case with my normal facial structure prior to Daniella's dysport injections. Miriam basically apologized and wasn't able to offer me any other options. I'm really disappointed 100% in the results but even more so in the fact that no one at this office seems to care. They got their money, sounds like the rest is my problem to deal with. I would be a less concerned had I ever had any type of reaction like this before but not only was her Administration different but the results are 100% different than anything I've ever seen. I now get to walk around the next few months looking pissed off and having headaches that I can't stop because I can't relax any of the muscles in my face without they're being giant lumps across the top of my eyebrows......
Very opinionated doctor. Wanted to get my upper lip bigger so it’s even with my lower lip and she refused what I wanted to do, when I’m the paying customer !!! I’m 21 years old and was treated like a baby. Never will go back again. I deserve more respect and when I say what I want and I’m paying, I better get it. Waste of $400!!
1st time getting filler and Dysport. Daniella was so informative and made me so comfortable with the procedure. Professional. Gentle always checking in on my pain level and backing off the moment I felt anything. I love my results and will definitely be going back to her. No bruising at all.
