Kathie Lucas is the best!  I have been coming to her for 8 years for facials, and she is amazing. She is experienced with all skin types, and aware of any issues you may have with your skin. She puts you at ease, and gives you the best, most relaxing facial. She also does reflexology, which we gift my Mom with every time she comes to visit at Mom’s request. I showed up at the salon on the wrong day a week early. I do believe this was the day they told me because I was a only in town for three days this week and next and knew that when I made the appointment. Regardless we all make mistakes and it very well could have been mine. They managed to squeeze me in and for that I am very thankful.  My dissatisfaction comes from the price and result. I have been getting my hair highlighted for years and never been charged for extra bowls. I have a lot of hair so I get they may have to use them but $300 for a trim and partial highlight is ridiculous. I also got charged for I believe maybe it was toner or something of that sort…again 3x the amount because they had to use more. First off I didn’t ask for extra stuff. Second off I have had toner and never paid three times the amount.  Lastly my hair is so damaged and looked as so when it dried at home. Yesterday I tried washing it this morning to see if that would help and it just is destroyed on the bottom. As I said I have been doing blonde highlights for years and never have had this problem. See photo.  Very disappointed with the price and the result. I will say the hair dresser and the receptionist were a pleasure and very nice people.

For all those CURLY HAIR ladies out there: This may sound like a bold claim, but JENNIFER M. is truly the hair stylist I've been searching for, for what seems like my entire life! When I moved from PA 7 years ago I occasionally allowed a hair stylist from southern Delaware to touch my hair. Unfortunately, after many disappointments I found myself giving up and planning my haircuts during my visits to PA. My hair is incredibly curly, and throughout my life people have inquired if I was bi-racial though I'm not. Jennifer is a Level 6 stylist with incredible insight on my unique hair. She recommended something no other hair stylist has recommended to me in 34 years, an AIR CUT. A perfect technique to show off my curls. She also helped guide me in selecting products that were perfect for my type of hair. She is awesome.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Absolutely horrible! Made an appointment for a simple facial which is advertised for no more than $70 on their website. Before we got started Jess mentioned that it came with a face,neck, leg and foot massage which she never performed. Once I got to the register, my bill was $172. They offer Apple Pay but their POS system was not working the cashier tried it 3 times then proceeded to tell me they do not accept Apple Pay as a form of payment as of it should have taken 3 tries to tell me that. I stated that do not carry my physical card and that I live 2hrs awa. They insisted on HOLDING my driver’s license as “collateral” until I arrived home and called them with my credit card number. This place is a joke and has horrible customer service in addition to their scamming pricing system. I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ll never do business here again!

Each time I’ve visited the salon for aesthetician services, they’ve always been friendly, skilled, and efficient. Daniela was great today!  I will continue to return.Service:&nbsp;Waxing
