Just had my first TeleMedicine appointment with my doctor. It went smooth and very easy. The initial 10minuet wait to get to a human when I’m waiting at the correct time was a small inconvenience but I’ll get over it. Jackie, our doctor was very sweet and understanding. Thanks guys!
Second time using the services at this clinic and once again had excellent service. This time I used the call-in option. This was so convenient and time saving. My care provider was Jackie. She was prompt and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.
I really enjoy the provider Jackie. She’s very knowledgeable. She isn’t a pill pusher. She really listens to my needs and shows me a diverse list of options then with her expertise delivers what she thinks would help. She always schedules follow up apts because she cares to make sure that my medication is working for me thouroughly. She’s amazing ! Thank you !
AFC is the best Urgent Care around. Always so friendly and caring. Needed a refill on my medication before I could see my new PCP and they happily provided. I appreciate you all!
The staff was very friendly and helpful! My telemed appointment was quick, but thorough. Jackie, the care provider, made sure I understood everything and asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. I love that!
Used their virtual care today. Jackie was awesome!! Understood exactly what I needed. She resolved a prescription issue with a quickness! Also recommended I come in for some routine things simply do to age. I had not thought about this type of testing until now because I was not old enough. Well, 45 is the beginning testing age for colen cancer prevention and if I had not had this appointment today then I would have not been made aware. Thank you Jackie!! Although I'm not looking forward to a colonoscopy, I am looking forward to continuing my life as I know it so I'm thankful she cared enough to educate me on my upcoming medical needs!!!
Everyone I spoke with today was helpful and incredibly kind. I really appreciate that when I called to confirm that my insurance was accepted, they doubled checked and confirmed.
Jackie got to know my case quickly, knew how to advise me and avoid adverse medication interactions, understood my need for care and was compassionate about my state. Awesome that they have tele health visits!
I needed some antibiotics, but didn’t want to wait around for urgent care, I called and scheduled a telehealth appointment worked with a PA, and in under 10 minutes was prescribed what I needed. Save me a lot of time and worry, everyone was very helpful and definitely will be utilizing in the future.
Convenient scheduling, high quality providers, has patient portal for test results, just overall best urgent care experience I’ve had in a hot second :
