Doesn't provide on-site labs. If you need results right away, go someplace else. Been waiting 4 days. Doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. The doctor was making disparaging comments about me on the other side of the door. And lied that I misheard instead of apologizing. I'll go someplace else in the future.
Front staff: two young ladies in black, and young man with glasses were great. Made me feel very comfortable and we're very respectful and professional. Great service
Awesome urgent care been coming here for years. Always clean. Friendly staff. Always seen quickly.
The staff is so kind and compassionate, especially Dr Ryan Hartogh. I feel really bad cause I was one of those patients gross, not mean or nasty and they were so professional and helped me feel better. This is the only urgent care I would go to.
If you want horrible bedside manner, then definitely come here! 0/10 recommend. This past week, 2 nurses taking vitals badmouthing patients right outside the room they're sitting in, making fun of methods they already tried at home that didn't work, and the fact the person was ABLE to pay for the quite expensive treatment. Incredibly disappointing that people with the power and means to treat/heal others are rude, ignorant, and compassionless. You DO NOT want these people helping you.
It was my first time coming to AFC and the staff was so welcoming and professional. I was surprised how quick and easy it was to be assisted and as a walk-in too!
Been coming here for many years. Dr. Ryan is very understanding and cares about my treatment, best doctor ever. Kristen is amazing as well as the office manager. Some of the newer staff should be notified by Managment that patients on a “program” are allowed to book appointments and not treated poorly because they are on a program.
The staff and Doctors or P.A.’s are very well trained and knowledgeable. They are friendly and the Urgent Care is spotless! They take into consideration a persons feelings and listen to their patients.I highly recommend them if you are sick and can’t get in to see your own Doctor.
The doctor was amazing. She went above and beyond helping me resolve a health issue that I have been trying to fix for 6 weeks. Now I am better. The nurse and front desk attendant were very nice also.
Everyone at AFC was wonderful, caring and wanted to help make sure everything was ok. They took their time and were through. Everyone from the front desk, aide, doctor and xray tech. I was the last pt and never felt rushed or that I was being a bother to them at all. I genuinely appreciated all of them and their wonderful attitudes as well as the care they provided.
