Our branch is made up of a team of over 60 years' combined experience, in the mortgage industry. We also have our own in-house loan processor that speeds up the approval process.
Affiliated Bank began operations in 1959 as Affiliated Federal Credit Union. The Bank was chartered to be a financial institution that would benefit the Affiliated Food Stores, their owners, employees and their families. The Credit Union converted to a Federal savings Bank on June 1, 1998.
In May 2001, Affiliated Bank became a stock savings bank, organized in the form used by other commercial banks, most major corporations and a majority of savings institutions. This change enabled expanded operations, including increased lending and investment activities.
The bank offers a wide variety of mortgage products including conventional, FHA, and VA loans at very competitive rates.
