This process is never easy but Tom and Vicky explained everything we needed to know with a caring touch. They were meticulous with details while still displaying empathy and patience. After our 1st visit to their office, we knew we were in good hands. Thank you for everything.
When both of my parents passed away Tom and Vicky were so helpful. They take the time to not only be compassionate but they explained everything that needed to be done. There was never any pressure to purchase anything and they were so helpful with everything.
We were on vacation when my sister unexpectedly passed away. There were many hiccups with my sisters transition none with Affinity and Tom and his staff were so professional, patient and kind. They kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure I had everything I needed to transport my sister’s ashes back home and that I understood the process which honestly can be very upsetting if you don’t know. I just want to say thank you for all you did for our family. Words can’t express how much your gentle kindness was truly appreciated.
Tom and his team made the process very simple and easy. This made the days following my fathers unexpected death a little more bearable since we knew what to expect. The part I appreciated the most was during signing all the legal paperwork, my little nephew toddled over to my mom and gave her a hug and wanted to play with her sunglasses. Tom recognized that my mom was overwhelmed and he stopped what he was doing and patiently allowed her those moments with her grandson to gather herself. Tom also made sure my dad got the flag he deserved for his short military service. He didn’t have to do any of those things. Those things didn’t get him any more money. But what they did for my family was priceless. While I truly wish this type of business wasn’t necessary, it is weird writing a 5 star review for such an awful thing, Tom and his team are people that care about people. And in a time like this, that is a 5 star kinda thing. Thank you all so much. -The Furneys
During a very difficult time, Tom and the folks at Affinity were always there and extremely supportive at every stage of this journey. Tom's kindness and compassion are evident in every interaction, from phone calls to explanations of the process and particularly in his "head's ups" on things to expect. His service to our family will not be forgotten. Even though I live 120 miles away in Vero Beach, I would like them to handle my cremation, when the time comes.
Tom and Vicki were outstanding in helping me through one of the most tragic experiences of my life. Tom was able to guide me through the process and was aware of every detail that needed attending to. I was treated with respect and care each step of the way.
I called Affinity as my Dad was on his last days. When i called Tom answered and he provided with all the answers to my questions, his tone of voice gave me the reassurance that my Dad will be treated with dignity. He also provided with extra information that i was not aware off. All this while i explained to him i was shopping around. That morning I called 4 more places, none of them treated me like Tom. I lost my father and i decided to go with Affinity. Again Tom helped my family through these hard times. He is very professional and very empathetic. I recommend Affinity is you need this type of services.
Was a nice experience dealing with affinity direct. Both my mother and father requested there services. In a time were there services are needed they make it a smooth process with friendly employees. Very easy to get ahold of and ask questions. If this establishment is around when I pass, it will be in my will that there services are used.
Pleasure to perform business with. They handled everything and helped guide me through any issues. They have a convenient location and will work with you if you need adjustable hours. Most affordable company I could find in the area and no pressure sales. Thank you for everything.
The folks at Affinity Vicki and Tom Wagner were very kind and thorough. The price was reasonable and service was excellent. No high pressure sales at this difficult time for our family.
