Autumn Miller is an excellent and caring PAC . She listens to your concerns. Other than trying to schedule an appointment I have had no issues.

Fantastic doctors! HORRIBLE billing! Called customer service and the woman couldn’t do basic math. She said $266 - 26 = $138. When I pointed out her error, she put me on hold for over 20 mins and then sent me back to the main menu. If they really do record the calls, she needs to be fired!
My doctor was fantastic. Talk to me like a human being and took my suggestions in the account when making her decisions.
While Autumn Miller is GREAT and found something no other doctors were pinpointing, their billing S.U.C.K.S. and I will NOT got back there, ever! They sent me a bill in UNDER A WEEK stating that it had *already* been through my insurance and denied. Seriously!? WHEN does an insurance EVER respond that quickly? I even called Aetna and they were far from impressed. When I did start paying on the bill, apparently, that wasn't enough $$ and when I paid it off, a month ago, here I am STILL getting harassed, all hours of the day, by them to pay my bill. This is starting to turn into a nightmare.
The doctor spend almost a hour getting to know me and looking at my history!
Always awesome, Autumn Miller is the most kind, compassionate, caring provider who listens and is thorough. All the other staff are amazing too.
Autumn is the best! I just need her to leave Ascension now because everything else within that system is complete and total garbage. Theda Care needs you Autumn!
