The check in staff, nurse and NP were all very kind and very thorough. They did not rush me when I brought my 2 babies all under 2 y/o for a possible pink eye. The nurse and NP were gentle to them and I can see their compassion for the field they are in. Totally recommend this place! I live in Oshkosh so its more convienent to be closer to home and their pediatrician is from there and I like their pediatrician.
Ms. Kim Leaderhouse ,np,is very factual and takes no chances. She recommends tests and gives you choices after she presents the facts . She is very kind and gentle with the kids. We are glad to have her
Only the deerwood avenue in Neenah is great! They have amazing knowledgeable doctors. If Dr. Roloff, kim, or Dr. Gentile, Dr. Olsen doesn't know something they will do research to find the answer. I really appreciate that none of them pretend to know something they don't.
Always amazing, always helpful. An my kids have had this dr for almost 15 years.
We really love Dr. Olson but have had non stop issues with scheduling, billing, and just overall being treated poorly by office staff. We were forced to switch to a different office after multiple scheduling errors. Really disappointing as Dr. Olson really is the best.
We missed original appointment, after calling & leaving messages with no response, & no reminder call or text! It was very disappointing after being with clinic for over 17 years :

Dr. Hill is so good with my kids! She is such a knowledgeable and kind person.
Dr. Olson does such a great job with my littles. So pleasant to work with!
Kim Lederhaus is great! Our girls have been seeing her for over 10 years!
