Have gotten 4 sets of dentures at AD and have been very pleased with the outcome except for this last time just a few weeks ago. For the first three sets have never had to return for adjustments and they have been great. This last set I had to return because I could not even wear them. I had a hard time getting them out because they cut into my gums badly. They did adjust them and I have been able to wear them but they are not as comfortable. Another thing that I noticed was that the partial denture bottom does not line up with the top. I mentioned this and the girl said they looked perfect to her. She did say that I was not biting properly. For what I paid for these I can't afford to fix them. Not happy with them but will deal with them.
I had been to another place in Indianapolis and they told me the same thing but not near as Nice! I felt very comfortable and was very satisfied with the service. Update:. Had 2 lower. Implants put in on Wednesday November 30, 2022. And it was fine. No pain she got me very numb and now 3 days later not much pain controlled by Tylenol. Would highly recommend.
I had a great experiance and everyone was great and very nice. They also have 60 days to get your adjustments done and so far they have been good. No problems at all at affordable dentures. Thanks again affordable dentures.
Everyone were nice the environment was clean and friendly oriented the doctor was nice. The doctor was pleasant friendly and concerned about my overall warfare as well as resolving my dental issue. I enjoyed my visit and I look forward to going back and getting my dentures there.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was here back in December 2022 I had some small dental work done but was antisipating on getting a implant put in in January they sent me multiple emails confirming my 2 appointments in January on the 18th and when I went in for my first appointment @9 am they told me they no longer accepted my insurance mind you they called and emailed me the day before for my appointment!!! I’ve waited a long time and they didn’t even have the decency to cancel my appointment over the phone or via email….
The staff and dentist are wonderful. I had extreme anxiety and they made the whole experience so much better and I have a great smile now. Definitely recommend 100%
The receptionist was AMAZING! Called after 1st place didn't accept my insAFTER a half hour wait!! She told me quickly my ins.accepted set appt/explained things-Amazing!!
This is the 3rd set of dentures I have from Ft. Wayne’s Affordable Dentures over the last 30 + years. The team has changed over the years but they are all very good at what they do. I have been very pleased with my dentures. I have told a lot of people to go to Affordable Dentures.
In and out fast, they did a great job on fitting my dentures. Very friendly and helpful.
Need time to get used to them. But was glad to have the nice care from staff.
