From my first visit I have been treated very well. No problems with removal of my teeth, only after a few days very sore. The gals out front the adjusters and others are kind and extremely understanding. The only issue I have is sometimes waiting out front is a bit long. You must be patient. Its worth your wait. I recommend AFFORDABLE DENTURES IN ZANESVILLE.
I had a very good experience today with Affordable Dentures and implants. They kept me calm and comfortable even though I was very nervous. And my work turned out better then I thought it every would with the immediate denture. Thank you for helping me Slowing gain my condition back with a new smile. It means More then you will ever know
I experienced this place while taking someone else and let me tell you how awfully rude the front desk staff was! Didn’t ask if we needed an excuse for work because she was rude to another patient about hers so before we leave I ask and they reply with oh I didn’t know she needed one. So when you ask for one prior they get an attitude and say they will get it to you back there but when they don’t and you ask up front “oh I didn’t know she needed one” and that wouldn’t be rude saying it normally but it’s how she said it. I don’t know any names I just know she works at the desk. Every other worker in the back was very nice! Mind you they went on vacation for a whole week with no notice and still having troubles getting back in to get dentures shaved down and you can’t just go to any ADI without permanently switching or paying out of pocket. Most people would have a follow up appointment and the person I know wasn’t even given meds to help with after the surgery until she went back for another appointment because the dentures are too big.
I had 18 teeth removed and dental implants installed. Dr. Norris did a great job! The best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I was completely awake and did not feel anything. I’ve had extractions from OTHER dentist in the past and each one was painful. Dr. Norris is accommodating and makes sure you have a comfortable experience. Thank you Dr. Norris and your staff!
Waiting room was full and it took a rather long time to get into see the dentist. Once back there it was very quick. The website needs to be a little more clear on pricing. Full denture price vs only top or bottom. I would not recommend going here. The staff is friendly but my dentures are not worth what I paid for them. Second try was worse than the first
Worst dental experience of my life. Thought I was getting permanent implants but instead I got removable ones. Bruising and swelling lasted for almost 2 weeks. The lower plates broke three times. The last time the stud came out of the lower plates then a stud came out of my upper jaw. This was all over a 2 1/2 year period. Not only Wouk I not recommend them to anyone, I will tell everyone I meet who is looking for a dentist not to go there.
Absolutely wonderful people,their prices are fair, considering today's economy. They do excellent work and stand behind their warranties. They are always busy, which is a testament to how good they are.
You can see for yourself just how one employee can ruin it for everyone else. Just because of how the office manager decided at that moment to show her unprofessional behavior and attitude and definitely let's not forget the disrespect she had exhibited towards my 76 year old boyfriend. And the way their front office is set up, every person sitting in that waiting room could and did hear every word that was spoken. The day before on his 1st appointment, when you fill out the paperwork with all your health issues, medications, past surgeries, diagnoses, insurance info, and etc. As we were leaving the office after his appointment. We were informed he was expected to pay $1,385 today in full. Which we both were kinda surprised by her reaction when he made statement that he didnt have that kind of money and asked her what amount was his insurance going to pay. That's when he was informed that they didn't honor medicaid/medicare or his Medicare advantage, Atna. And according to their paper they give everyone when they come in with the pricing. It states on there to ask staff about their financing options. She did nothing to offer help to him on the matter. So because of her actions or should say the lack of, has caused not only herself look bad but the whole staff. And sad part about it all in this situation is the other staff members were excellent in their duties and interactions with patients. And then having to walk through the door that separates the waiting room and back office area knowing that the other patients heard everything that was said was a total embarrassment to him and myself. I know the whole time I'm typing this out. This office manager will not be reprimanded or anything. I wish I had written her name down so I could give the people of Zanesville and surrounding areas heads up about what to expect if they make an appointment to go there. Whatever happened to HIPAA law. They follow it when its convenient for them.
Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere they work with you to make sure that your dentures properly.
I wouldn't even give them a one star if I didn't want to leave a comment the service was horrible no where near affordable long wait everybody that came in after you went first
