The owner and staff of Affordable Funeral Home, LLC Was definitely the right choice. Mr. Rodney was very personal, caring and totally available at any time. He even gave me his cell phone number to get direct access to him. His company was able to assist us throughout this journey, give advice and are kindhearted souls. The treatment he bestowed upon us in our time of sorrow was truly a blessing. These are the people we need when a death occurs. . I am blessed to have had you in my corner. I wish I could give Affordable Funeral Home LLC a score of 0. My family needed funeral services and contacted a number that we thought was to Eddie Robinson & Son but little did we know the same number was attached to Affordable Funeral Home. The evidence is in the google search. This is deceiving the public. My family was looking for my father’s body at Eddie Robinson & Son through a cell number that my out of town sibling had to determine costs and this is when we learned the funeral home did not have the body and Affordable Funeral Home had it. Affordable Funeral Home initially tried to charge us a fee for picking up the body until the owner Lillian Jamison was told by me of a potential law suit which made her do the entire funeral services for free. Well we got what we paid for because during the burial my father’s casket and vault broke in half while he was in it. This was the most devastating thing for me. The owner placed my dad in another casket and vault totally for free. It still doesn’t take away from the pain that was endured. The owner told a lie about my dad having another child and told my siblings I knew about it. I was hurt and continue to battle with mental anguish because of this lie. The sad part about it is she told a lie on someone that doesn’t even know my family. The person only knows me and simply tried to purchase flowers from Affordable Funeral Home on my behalf. So it seems the owner Lillian Jamison framed this lady because of her dislike for me because I threatened a law suit against her. I had to endure my family questioning me about a child that Lillian Jamison told them I had knowledge of. I felt my family was hurt by this because they thought I knew and was not telling them. This was unethical, unprofessional, malicious negligence and down right defamation of character on Owner Lillian Jamison’s part. For everything she has done she needs to be punished and I will see to it that she is. I would encourage the public to be mindful of this company. I will use my voice to notify the public of unethical practices of any company. Free is not always good. The owner was caught red handed for her unethical practices. My family didn’t have to pay for funeral services but what about all the other families that did and was faced with unethical practices. I’m wondering if Affordable Funeral Home and Eddie Robinson & Son are working together to deceive the public. I have seen many pictures of the 2 owners together and was told one owner purchased the building from the other. Take for example one funeral home picks up a body and the family was thinking it was the other funeral home but when the family finds out who really has the body they decide that they want their loved ones body transported to the other funeral home the family is then charged a fee, just say $2500. Well that would mean that each funeral home would get $1250 a piece. I bet most people would not even know they were being scammed and pay the fee. Think about it. I know something was not right and I called the Owner Lillian Jamison out on it and I believe this is how my family got everything for free. Well I’m updating the public!!!! As you all should be made aware according to the news Eddie “Skeeter” Robinson was arrested and indicted on charges regarding some alleged illegal funeral policies. I hope Lillian Jamison is next. Public be ware. Update!!! As of December 13, 2019 Lillian Jamison has finally been arrested. This was the best Christmas present ever. My father’s 1 year death anniversary was this past Thanksgiving. I knew this lady was engaging in scams.

Robinson and Son handled the services for my father, Prentiss Williams. The family was very pleased with every aspect of the service. All of the staff was very professional and compassionate with us during our lost. I highly recommend this funeral home in your time of bereavement.
