If you can, buy insurance directly and cut them out. They will rip you off. They do not try to sell affordable insurance! They refer you to their friends who try to sell you expensive insurance! They will literally cancel your current insurance,if You are getting a good deal. They will tell you that the insurance is no longer carried in this area. Which will be a lie. Ally so that they can cancel your insurance and sell you something more expensive. They don’t care about you. they’re not here to help you. If you can just cut them out completely and just buy directly from insurance companies, you’re better off. If not, I recommend going to a different office. don’t use the Beeville office. They are awful.

Went in for commercial insurance left all my information and they never got back to me. Called months later trying to get a quote for home insurance and they never answered! Worst customer service ever!!
