We looked at a bunch of self storage places around eastern and central Wake County before finding Affordable Mini Storage, which is literally the most affordable place we could find. The office staff were incredibly friendly and the unit itself is extremely adequate for our needs. I would recommend Affordable MS to anybody!

Not a great place at all! My husband and I walked into the office and the woman working in the office didn't even look up to see that someone had come in! She didn't acknowledge us at all! Also, we were turned off by the smell of mold and animal mess in the office. I can understand if you're busy, but anytime you don't speak to people and you're a business trying to make money, you are no good.

Off the beat and path but the facility is in good condition and the staff are very pleasant. Best part is the price. Large unit for much less than other local locations. You do have to deal with a dirt road but it is worth it to me.

got it after moving home from college, all my stuff put in the unit came out infested with spiders and roaches and everything had water damage and mold/mildew growing on it.
