I am writing this post because I read the reviews and I thought this company sounded like a good and fair company to go to. I have a couple of things that I wanted to work on in my truck. I called on a Tuesday asking about quotes on a turbo, water pump, radiator,AC Blower and a couple of other parts. I spoke to a guy named Ozzie. On Tuesday He told me that the dealer that he works with wasn't in that day, he then stated that he would give me a call the next day. I didn't call him Wednesday. Never received a phone call. I decided to call on Thursday and see what he found out on the pieces we talked about. Ozzie was said to be on break and would call back in 30 minutes. I then waited 45 minutes to call When they picked up the phone and I asked for Ozzie, I was hung up on.They kept giving me the run around. This is a display of very poor customer service. A business is in need of money and I was willing to spend a lot of it! I guess they are not in the business of making money! today is Thursday March 28, 2018 -----------1:20pm

ATP is my first call when i am looking for truck parts. I run a diesel truck repair shop. Ozzy & Manny take the time to get the parts correct the first time at the best price. They are a one stop shop for truck parts. They deliver to my shop fast and they help me out of tight spots when i need hard to find parts. I can call them and describe what i need or text them picture and these guys always know what i need and where to get it. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for truck parts. Manny and Ozzie are the best when it comes to tracking down hard to find parts, but even if you just need an oil filter they will be more than glad to help you out. I love coming here because you deal with the real, not fly by night "parts guys" just looking for a job.
