I was not happy with some of their standard operations. nevertheless they provide a great service to the community and to my family. My spouse, son and grandson are patients. They like the staff and the building.
Have a stainless steel crown that is giving me major problems have left numerous messages in their Washington office for them to get back to on this which was almost three weeks ago. Can't ever seem to get anybody to call me back on this.
Have called several damn times to schedule an apptmnt but no answer and the damn mailbox is full!!
From the time I arrived they were so good to me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. They wanted to know all about me and all my concerns. The Dr. Was super nice and informative.
I was told that I must have an appointment. I made it for 10:20am. I waited for over an our in the lobby to be called back. After finally being called back it took another hour to get a simple physical completed. The doctor that I saw was exceptionally nice, however the waiting time is ridiculous. Why even have to make an appointment?
THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!! I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL A MEDICAL CLINIC MORE THAN TWICE TO GET A CALL BACK!! I'M NOT SURE IF THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED, AND THIS IS THE REASON FOR NOT RECIEVING CALL BACKS, BUT COME ON!! THIS IS A MEDICAL FACILITY!! YOU ALL MUST DO BETTER!! THE WAY THE PHONE CALLS GO UNANSWERED, MESSAGES NOT RETURNED..IS PLAIN OLD UNACCEPTABLE AND OUT RIGHT INCOMPETENT!! FIX IT!!
They did a root canal may 24...that dentist left. My appointments got screwed up so many times...NOW the "temporary dentist" is refusing to do my temp/perm crown...because he only does "emergencies." Ive tried numerous times to get up with the director of Agape and hes always "in a meeting." Ive spoken with an investigator at the NC Dental Board who suggested I file a formal complaint. I have the paperwork at home. I wish theyd just do my crown so they wont have to deal with me or I with them EVER again. Theyre so unorganized...and they BS around to much thinking people are stupid and can't see what they're doing.
Great staff! Waiting time has really improved since my last visit.
I had a good visit, I was taken care of, everyone was very friendly.
They never answer the phone or call you back when you get lucky enough to get a answering machine!
