In March of 2011, Luke joined Coldwell Banker Griffith and Blair (CBGB) American Home after detailed analysis followed by his conclusion that CBGB has the most to offer Topeka's real estate market.
Luke is active within the Topeka Area Association of Realtors (TAAR). For 2012 he has been nominated and elected by the membership of TAAR to serve a three year term on the TAAR Board of Directors. He also has served as member of TAAR’s Image and Technology Committee for four years. The committee works to maintain and improve Topeka’s multiple listing service (MLS) and Topeka’s primary consumer search engine for residential properties for sale (www.TopekaAreaHomes.com) . Luke also serves on TAAR's Government Affairs Committee.
Luke works with three different mortgage companies conducting Broker Price Opinions (BPO). These BPO's provide him with the opportunity to get paid to practice doing Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for soon to be foreclosure properties. As a result, Luke’s CMAs for residential property listings are of the highest quality and accuracy.
