Wife was injured and shaken up, not at fault accident. Tow driver pulled up on scene as she was being admitted into EMS, told her to sign some empty invoices and to put down a $400 cash deposit right away which she shouldn't have done. Gave her a rental car with a flat tire and told her that she needed to replace it herself and that the deposit is theirs due to the flat. Ended up with invoices over $1000 for extra towing charges, kilometer charges, dollies, handtruck, four wheelers, storage, flatbed truck when it was towed by use of a regular truck, etc that we never saw use of. Insurance company told us that my wife was taken advantage and had to pay them out. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.Services: Local hauling
