Mike was always overly aggressive and when i told him it was painful, he wouldn't back off. He also reported about things we talked about OUTSIDE of therapy that were happening at my home. He just assumed i was using my injured arm while doing these tasks instead of asking me. Due to his assumptions i have been denied any further care and i stand to lose everything. He also made it pretty clear that his allegiance was with the insurance company, because after all, they were the ones paying the bill! I still have a tear in my rotator cuff, a failed surgery, and there is nothing i can do at this point. I would stay away from this place. Run fast, run far!
