I photograph the world around me from favorite places, people, animals, and architecture. For fine art photography, I offer a wide selection which can be purchased to enhance your own walls.
I also work on a regular basis as a second photographer with MSRCreationsphotography doing weddings, on top of my regular schedule. I work those weddings as if I am the only one photographing the day. It allows the final results to be amazing and quite honestly, a great value for those clients.
While I do take a traditional approach to my work it goes without saying that I bring a huge artistic element to the art of photography. My style is an infusion of art & technical with a twist of advertising flair. I might use light differently to capture what I envision. I might choose location to complement the image and composition. Each shot has it's own footprint.
I avoid "cookie cutter" images as much as possible but obviously for some events there are those "must have" shots which I do. I firmly believe in approaching each photographic assignment as it's own.
I take that same approach to the editing studio. I do not simply (or quickly) edit images as a bulk job. Each image is unique to me and are they worked with that in mind. Sometimes that finishing process is more important than anything else. After all, it is the final image that really counts.
I have been a working Graphic Artist and Illustrator for 20 years and photography has always played an important part in my work. From the beginning where only film was available - to now, the age of digital; it is an artistic process for me. My creative work has been published in several magazines.
