Lori. Needs to be fired.She is rude and totally racist.Gentleman called her ma'am three times trying to get her attention and she ignores him then I did .,.nothing finally USAID a little louder and she stated that I was rude.He can wait!!! It wouldn't have taken her 5 seconds Manager and another EE was very helpful and understanding.........Hopefully Lori gets what she deserves.....to be fired for her being rude and inconsiderate to customers She even stated" I taught my kids better than that" Insinuating I wasn't raised right by my mother!!!!!
If you need Agri supplies or equipment they have it. Well stocked and knowledgeable people. Great manager.
If you need mower blades, this is the place! And, wow, they have a bunch of ChiCom stuff also.

No customer service,,I walked around the store about 5 min before I got help
Went there on 02/16 2023 to buy a chain for a tie out and needed it to be cut to length, after the lady called and told I was waiting at the chains I stood for approximately 10 mins and no one came, I called true value and found out that they had what I needed so I went there and spent my money. Service sucked.
This is the best place to get items for the farm. Friendly staff, good prices and comprehensive selection.
