These pleople over charge!!! When they called me they said that it was immigration and that I needed to deposit a $300 or pay with my American Express to take my family member to the greyhound bus station as you can see the station was less than 5 minutes away. They abuse people who just crossed over.
They didn't even get back to me as to IF they were going to San Antonio Airport from Eagle Pass Texas on the 31 of December do why would I rate them? As far as I am concerned they fail in customer service! Being forced to even give them a 1 star.. BS! Once I finally got my reply after recalling them the service was overall satisfying. I truly want to "Thank Grover" in picking me up and getting me to the bus. Thank you Grover!

Honestly the price is good but then again you get what you pay. Customer service is rude and drivers are not careful when driving. They tend to text/talk while driving. Also had a child of about 2 years old without a car seat just sitting on a lady. Lastly the vans are really dirty.

This transportation service is the worst starting the the lady that schedule the pickups. Either she is so incompetent or just does not hear at all. Even after repeating the actual address several times and letting her knkw what the name of the place is she still managed to screw it up. Its not the drivers fault that they have idots working the schedules. Never again will I use this service unless they replace the incompetent schedulers that they current have from San Antonio..
Good service but they tried to charge me or carry-on bag which they did not mention of the first it was like a hidden fee
