We used them for the first time to pick us up for a concert and booking was so seamless! We had a small snafu with our booking, we called them today and handled it with a dispatcher named Joe, who was SO helpful and SO nice, I can’t stress this enough. We were thrilled at how accommodating they were given it was last minute. Highly recommend them & we will use them for future bookings for sure!
Airbrook was highly recommended to me by a relative who has used their services time and again. They did not disappoint. The drivers to and from the airport were prompt, professional, and pleasant. They helped make my vacation carefree from start to finish.
A friend recommended Air Brook. They were absolutely great from the first phone call. Professional and courteous. Our driver, Kelvin arrived early. Text me to say he was outside. held the door open and took care of the bags. Great company with great service.
Review rating changed to higher due to the positive company response. Originally this was my issue: The dispatcher is accommodating and the driver excellent- however, and a big however - several issues: the company did not disclose that you get billed 3 times for one round trip. One is a hold which will not get refunded for 5 to 7 days after your trip which means you pay 3 bills and have to wait and hope this company refunds you; My mom uses this company and she said they never did that before. The company did not record my apartment number or advise that I was the first pick up when I made sure to emphasize where I live and my unit number, and I asked them to please make sure I knew who the first pick up was. I was ready at 7am just in case the driver decided to pick me up first after all. Not realizing the driver was not told to come to my unit number via the back entrance where I would have been able to see him. There is no view from the other street from any of our units which is why I made sure to advise the back entrance and they have done that in the past. Unfortunately for me, my phone has notifications off that early in the morning won't do that again and I did not know the driver had come to my home first at the front where no one can see him and was waiting outside without the unit number. Shouldn't the company have advised me the day before so that I would have known to walk outside to the street at 7am to look for the driver - at least I would have known that they did not write down my unit number or follow my instructions to come to the back door. Not the directions I gave the dispatcher, which was to come to the back of my building and to my unit number. Poor driver, he said he would have knocked on my door if they had told him which door! There is a 15 minute grace period, again never explained ahead of time and which I did not know about, so when it hit 20 minutes then there was an additional $100 charge! No apology, no acknowledgement that they also had a hand in the problem. I don't like this firm, the fact that I called 5 times to billing for some explanation and had to call the dispatcher to explain all the charges and extra fees. Your decision if you want to go through the hassle and expense. Now Update as of July 2022. Air Brook reviewed the call logs and saw there was a discrepancy in how the time was tracked and the address being logged properly. I was refunded the $100 extra charge. All thanks to the head of Customer Service Denise. Makes all the difference when someone hears you and acts upon it. For that I thank them. We all make mistakes and I'm glad the situation was straightened out. I don't know what they will do about process moving forward when there is an issue. For me the conversation at least was a positive one.
Our driver ,we h ave had him before, is fantastic. There was horrid traffic on the NJ turnpike at Newark Airport. He went another way, beat all the traffic, and we arrived well ahead of someone who's limo service was stuck in that traffic. Bravo Air Book!
I started using Air Brook in the late 80's, I would book them for customers when I worked at the Park Ridge Marriott as a teenager and they were always excellent. All these years later, I now use them for my family and I to get to and from the airport for our vacations. They are as reliable and professional as they were all those years ago.
We've used Airbrook for years, for all of our travels. The drivers are always on time, very professional and friendly. The vehicles are always clean and top notch. We appreciate the pick up status from the drivers via text. We'll never use Uber, etc.
Airbrook car service is professional. The drivers are wonderful. On time for pickup, on time for airport. Arriving back the driver kept in touch until we were safely in the car at curbside pickup in newark airport. And home! I have not been disappointed.
This driver, Antonio, is polite, careful, on time in both directions and extremely personable. He drove both directions on the GW Bridge - something I personally dread - without a complaint or comment. His vehicle is immaculate. He even offered a rest stop on the return trip. I would use this service again and would hope that I would get Antonio as my driver again.
My company uses this service whenever we travel and the drivers are always so nice and caring! I recommend to anyone and everyone! And the cars are very clean, spacious and you feel very comfortable and as a solo female traveler that is important!
