7 weeks ago I dropped of a tube to be made for my Cub Cadet 1872. I was told it would take a week to produce and they would call then. After two weeks I attempted to call with no response so I drove the 35 miles to the store to see what was going on. I was told by another associate, he did know why I was told 1 week because they are 3-4 weeks behind. They could not provide me with an estimate of completion besides, maybe 1, 2 , or weeks later they would call. After an additional 5 weeks, 7 weeks total, I again drove to the store. The same associate, who I spoke with day 1, asked "did nobody call you?" The answer, no, I was never called. He then proceeds to inform that they are unable to reproduce the tube with no explanation of why not. His initial question of if I was called indicates to me they knew for sometime the part was not going to be made, leaving me on the hook for an extended period of time.
I respect their extremely professional attitude toward work and employees' intention to respond 24/7. I know one gentleman there responded at 3am and rushed to the customer before sunrise. We should respect them, and at the same time we should make sure good health of them. They deserve more and more sales from the market.
Better know exactly what you are looking for. Don’t expect the pros to be able to help or be understanding that this is not you profession. Dude was a complete jerk when I couldn’t answer all of his questions. Other guy was able to get exactly what I needed based on the information I had. I guess they want you to do their job for them
I always receive Great service at the Parker Store counter on Blankenbaker. Thanks to Blake and the guys for all the awesome customer support!
David would not wait on me, I sat at the counter 20 minutes then he told another man working there he was clocking out to go home, the other man told him to help me, so reluctantly he did. I guess because I am a woman he thought he would just If not me after he said he would be with me in a minute, he was planning on clocking out and leaving
Great Company with excellent service. Isaiah has always went the extra mile to meet my needs. Highly recommend.
If they have customers in front of you , it does take awhile. But excellent service , stand behind the service , reasonable prices , honest and friendly employees .
My employer has an account here an we had to get parts for an air compressor here. They were very helpful an had what we needed.
Always takes care of me when I have a hydraulic hose failure. Super fast service and great people!
