I ordered a new air rifle on line and received a nice first time discount and chatted with a representative who answered all my questions about the product thoroughly. The order was processed the next morning and I received my rifle in only two days! The packaging was done correctly and it came undamaged! Well done! I will be a returning customer! Thank you!
These guys have great customer service! Completely my fault,I ordered a air rifle that wasn't wright for me.With no argument what so ever, they cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. Then i ordered another air rifle that was better for me. They just made a loyal life time customer!
Thank you Airgun Depot, I received my airgun, and supplies quickly and in good order. I am very pleased with my experience using your site. The Hatsan .25 was not my first choice, but is a much better deal, and I am very excited to take it out and become familiar with it. I will be returning for my next airgun, and any supplies I might need. Great deal!
My very first order was a scope for my air gun, Seen what I wanted, ordered it, and was prepared for the wait. Well it came one day before they told me it would come. Great! So inventory, ordering, order fulfillment, and shipping is spectacular. The only negative is shipping costs. The amount needed for free shipping is high so it keeps people from ordering only a few items that may total well below the free shipping threshold. This forces people to search elsewhere for things like a couple of tins of ammo, or other lower cost accessories when they can get free shipping elsewhere. I’ll still shop there, but may have to buy elsewhere.
Awesome experience with Airgun Depot so far. My order arrived very fast! I mean "Very" fast. Also in my opinion packaging was outstanding. As far as product quality goes we'll have to wait and see.
I recently placed an order on line. I received a message that the order was declined. Declined because there was a problem with the shipping/billing address. There is no problem with those addresses. They are both my home address and been used many times before. Want to sell a pellet gun? Process my order. I'm not a satisfied customer at this point.
It is a good priced product and the price of items are great. I had a few shipping problems before and Airgun Depot corrected it. Shipping problem being the shipping Company and not Airgun Depot I would say the hardest thing for me as a consumer is getting a hold of someone by phone to get product advice. But emails get returned within 2-4 business days.
I liked it. First of all, it was out of stock. I received an email saying back in stock. Great. I ordered it got it coming but don’t have it yet. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is my $20 dollar off for price of order. Never seen a spot to put code in. I even ordered more things to get the discount but didn’t get it.
I placed my order late Friday night and got it on Wednesday. So, fast service. I haven't fired said weapon yet, but the Beretta 92A1 really feels nice in my hands. My wife is as excited as I am to be shooting this pistol!
great customer service, responsive, willing to work with you to help you understand airguns, the laws and ownership responsibilities. While price is on line with everyone else, they did their best to cooperate with me and give me the security I was on the right track with the gun I wanted and were able to ship it promptly without any hassle
