Airport Park and Wash

We've parked here a few times over the past year and had great service + shuttle service! We've even had an incident where our flight plans changed multiple times coming home the disadvantages of small airports and they were super flexible. We love to park here each time we fly out of BTV.

Park here if you don’t care about your car. Left our car here for a vaca last week of April/first week of May. Returned to a busted off driver side mirror and several deep scratches on doors. Owners dodged calls and responsibility. Not worth the $$ saved. Just park at the airport next time.

First off, I was not a fan of leaving my car at the airport unlocked with my keys under the mat for drop off. When I returned, waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle and had to call 4 times. When I went to pick up my car, my windshield was cracked and they never did all the services I asked for. I am glad they didn’t touch the outside of my car after the poor job inside, windshield cracked and clip missing from my rain guard. They are denying happened while there, which is total bulls$!t because I wouldn’t drive around with a 16 inch crack when I have a 0 deductible window replacement with my car insurance.

Very disappointed. We left the car for an international flight. We returned early in the morning and when we drove away we realized that the windshield was cracked all the way across. The company took no responsibility for the damage.

Terrible experience. After filling out our info on a reservation site online and paying ahead of time, they were not prepared to pick us up. They let us know they didn’t even have our reservation. After checking again they found the reservation and told us since our flight came in very early Monday morning at 12:15 AM, we should have made it a Sunday night reservation. I reminded them they required us to fill out the information, and 12:15AM Sunday morning would not be correct. She went on to say the issue was with the third party booking site. No apology was made. I recommend using the standard BTV Airport parking rather than saving a few dollars.

The people at the Burlington location are amazing! The customer service through email is horrendous!!!! I was disputing a charge that they put on my credit card. When they sent me the receipt as a reply only, I replied for further explanation and they loved my email, and am now not able to talk to them to dispute the charges. ‍. What to do?

Was told to leave my Mercedes unlocked and unattended with the car key under the floor matt at 4:45 AM. They would get it the next day from Hertz. Put me on speaker so manager could hear the call. Late flight coming in was told they would pick me up at 12 AM. Receptionist short and rude didnt want to answer questions. I was confused on the process. Told they had no employees. Poor customer service.

We had an excellent experience with Airport Park and Wash! We stored our car for a week and found the daily rates to be very reasonable. Bonus points for the free shuttle to/from the airport, super friendly customer service, and the car wash! 100% will use this business in the future!

Let me just start by saying I called this company to check on a refund date, and I had absolutely horrible customer service. The lady I had called spoke to me horribly. I had asked for a name and she said yes and she hung up on me. This one simple question I had could’ve told me a right number. Then she started messaging me on her personal phone number and told me she was the manager. Hard to believe when you treat a customer like that. It would be amazing if I could get reached out after leaving this review here.

I had left my car here for a week while I was visiting family. When I came back I had things stolen out of my car and when I called to talk to an employee she angrily tried telling me that they weren't stolen only "misplaced". I came back a few months later to recover one of the two knives that where "missplaced", and I was handed a rusty beat up buck knife without its sheath. Mind you it was brand new 100 dollar knife when i dropped my car off. They tried to offer me a 25 dollar vacuum service. Lol i never want them in my car again. I can't believe how unorganized that place is. I don't think I'll ever come back. And you shouldn't either. That place is sketchy and I feel bad for the poor unsuspecting soles that will have a horrible time there.
