I have never been more pleased with a Storage Service. Brian was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and kind. He was so helpful and made the stress of moving and all of our messy logistics a breeze. He even had inside knowledge of the places in town to get the best boxes. He made a naturally stressful and tedious process smooth and seamless and pleasant and I am SO appreciative. We also rented a Uhaul from this location and the pick up was easy and quick. the truck was clean and worked great up the big hills in the area. Had a GREAT experience. Thank you Brian and everyone at Southern Star!

Brian is an amazing human and 100% made my day! My move has been a bit of a mess and the final step, receiving and coordinating the pick up and getting my ubox loaded up was no exception. But Brian took care of everything, was kind and had a great attitude while helping us out. A true gem of a dude, support him however you can!

I've been treated with the upmost respect and kindness, and the storage container is very clean. I received a call from a young lady named Toni who wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied. This lady should teach people on what customer service should be. Thank you for everything and making sure that we were taking care of. I highly recommend this place for all your storage and rental needs

Twice now Bryan Malek has helped us with our U-Haul needs. Bryan works with you and is very professional and very honest. Bryan could feel our frustration when U-Haul none of which was Bryan's fault nor that of Southern Star delivered wooden most of them damaged rather than the metal U-Boxes we had ordered. As my wife and I were discussing our options, Bryan came out with a cold Gatorade for my wife. We will be back to rent a truck and trailer, not because of U-Haul, but because of Bryan.  Southern Star - you have an incredible employee.

Stopped in today looking for packing paper.  Meet Bryan and his wife which just took over managing the business.  Super awesome people, very helpful.  Definitely stop in and see them for any of your moving needs.

Montrose - After more than a year and a half of not having the gate to the facility able to close or work on a keypad, now the facility still doesn't have a keypad for getting in but the gate is closed before 6pm and there's no way to get in. 8/25/22 5:52pm

I have stored a car at Airport Storage for the last ten years or so.  It is extremely convenient to the airport. The units are secure and clean.  The price is very reasonable.  The staff is very helpful.  I would recommend this business. 10/22 Update: The above was written several years ago. This business is now under a new management and the rates are not quite as reasonable as they were, but it is still quite convenient to the airport and is even more secure than it was before.  The attendant is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful young man. I would continue to recommend this business for anyone needing storage near the airport.

I rented a u haul Brian helped me. world class. I was in a tough situation and he made it all good. I doubt I'll ever be back but if I am   I will use them again
