The reviews that are here are real, these guys are real thieves, avoid hiring this pseudo towing company at all costs. If I could put less than 5 stars, it is what it deserves and even less.
I’m not from the area but was in an accident on I-75 at 2am in the morning. I immediately called my own insurance and told them the situation and they offered a tow but I said the police had already called. I should have insisted on their offer. I had an instinct there would be issues from the moment the tow driver arrived. The police said the driver might be able to take some of us 4 people total, 1 being a toddler 1 mile to the next exit to get to a hotel. The driver refused, as if we should just stay on the side of the highway with a toddler at 2 am or better yet try walking down the highway. ‍ It’s not possible to call an Uber to the side of the highway. When I called the next morning to confirm the location of the vehicle, it had already been picked up by the rental company and the person at their location could not answer when or where it had been towed to. Took the rental office several phone calls to finally locate the vehicle. When I finally got to the vehicle, some of our items had been taken. Way to kick someone while they’re down! Based on the other reviews and experience with this tow, it leads me to believe they stole the items.
Not as bad as people say they are. My car got towed and it was very easy to get it out and not as expensive as these other reviews made me fear. I think people are just mad they do illegal things and don't want to pay for their mistake lol. Very good business.
This business likes to overcharge people! Charged a friend of mine $525 to tow a vehicle involved in an accident that has been there less than 24 hrs and then would not allow them to get the paperwork out to show proof of ownsership in order to get the car out. These people are not professional and are rude.
Way too overpriced, customer service is horrible. Had an accident, and just needed my personal items out of the vehicle. Joe, was very rude. It's already stressful, and to be treated like an inconvenience was very unprofessional I was forced to pay them for their services, and they get to charge whatever they want???? Then to pay, you better bring cash!!! Some shady stuff going on with that. It is 2022. Nobody carries enough cash at the rates they charge. Be careful when selecting a towing service. I do not recommend them at all.
Be careful.... if there Picked up from ground 400 $ right there PLUS HIDE FEE , charge fee you don't know fee be careful there hook you up from every where If you resting front of Kroger shop There works.... Legal ..... illegal no problem. I have a proof that I went inside Kroger to purchase stuff That doesn’t make any sense and do you have any proof I was sleeping inside at 10:30 in the morning

Wish I can leave a 0 star review They refused to tow the vehicle back to my house making me pick up from their lot charging extra $45 A-day. Charging 400$ for the final bill

$300 for 1 mile. Predatory Towing. Massive corruption all over this place. Just look at these reviews. The owner filters out any justifiable criticism by only responding to reviews that he has a good response to including misspelling. What a tool. If you look at any other signs or have been towed by anyone else you'll look at these prices in amazement. If you are gonna keep screwing people at least stay out of the reviews. I cannot wait till you tow someone who has the means.
